MC Sign history

Media Consulta Deutschland GmbH has been inserted in the commercial register on 17 September 1993.

In 1994, the company was purchased by Tim Eippert — today the CEO of Stratus and MC Group Ventures — when he was 24 years old.

Media Consulta received then greater attention for its work in football: for example, on the occasion of the 1996 European Football Championship in England, they published a timer with a record circulation of 300,000 copies.

In 1997, MC Sign was awarded a significant opportunity — a multi-year conversion program for US Bank.

In 1998, the German Bundestag became Media Consulta’s first political client.

In 1999, Media Consulta received an order worth millions from the Brazilian Foreign Ministry and the United Nations to improve the country’s image in Germany.

A few years later in 2002, MC Sign launched its National Sign Service Center platform — the forerunner of Stratus’ signage maintenance services.

In 2005, the first offices outside Europe were opened in New York City and Moscow.

In 2006, the “Media Consulta International Holding AG” was founded to take account of the internationalisation.

In 2011, the mc Group overtook the competition for the first time.

MC Rental fleet rapidly expands doubling in size from 2013 reaching over 3,000 vehicles.

At the end of 2015, there were 10 mc mc stores in PTT gas stations.

The new online site is expected to be officially launched in 2016.

Announced to be among the list of securities to be included in the calculation of SET100 and SET HD for the first half of 2017.

Shortly thereafter in 2018, MC Sign acquired competitors Integra Service Group and Coastal Signage and Wayfinding.

The Company reached a resolution to approve a share repurchase program and completed the program since February 2019.

And in 2021, the Stratus family grew to include MLE, Inc. — a major brand implementation company that expanded our capabilities in large-format digital, logistics, warehousing, and installation.
