Position Overview The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget. This role involves managing all aspects of a project lifecycle, including resource allocation, scheduling, and stakeholder communication. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure high-quality deliverables. This role also requires a focus on fostering positive client relationships, tracking project performance, and continuously improving project management processes to align with organizational goals. A Project Manager may be responsible for the oversight and management of other Project Management staff. Position Overview The Designer II position supports the design and production of water and wastewater engineering construction plan sets, and other related and technical documentation. Establishes design criteria, performs necessary engineering calculations for design or complete systems with minimum supervision. Ability to perform riverine flood analysis, FEMA map revisions, and demonstrate proficiency with HEC-RAS Identify potential utility conflicts and impacts to proposed design and adjust design appropriately Produce earthwork calculations and adjust grading as necessary to meet project goals efficiently and with minimal revisions required. Be willing and able to lead field work as necessary for geofluvial data collection, construction observation, and monitoring activities Skills + Experience Four-year bachelor's degree from an accredited program in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Biological and Agricultural Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, or related field 3-6 years of experience in stream restoration or related water resources experience Rosgen or equivalent stream restoration training (preferred) Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS Pro Experience with technical writing EI or progressing towards a PE, PE (preferred) Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Possess strong organizational skills with an attention to detail Work Environment + Physical Demands Be willing and able to work outdoors in various types of terrains and weather conditions throughout the year 10%-15% of the time. Ability to carry various pieces of geofluvial data collection and/or monitoring equipment while navigating difficult terrain. Walking distances as necessary with project sites.
