This employer and work place is toxic. They need to sell to a hospital system and get rid of the executive team. A root problem is the HR department and manager. It’s operates like a country club system. Who knows who or who grew up with who gets jobs and raises. The CEO is clueless. Spends his time playing politics with the board. There’s good people within the system but they are underpaid and treated like work mules and unappreciated. Horrible.
The CEO puts people in positions they are not qualified for. It depends on hos relationship with them. Ex: golf buddy who has never worked in healthcare making three figures and has some made up title. The HR director is a liar and con. It all shadows down like a dark cloud upon the entire organization. If your successful in your position they like on three more jobs with no extra pay then want to fire you for not being successful. Set up for failure. Then they wonder why no nurses or anyone wants to work there. It’s a joke.
