Walter Craig Johnsen (born December 15, 1950) is the chairman and chief executive officer of Acme United Corporation, which is a supplier of cutting, measuring and safety products for the school, home, office, hardware and industrial markets.

Mr. Kitch was promoted to CEO on April 1 2020. He previously served as senior vice president and general manager of Clearwater Paper’s consumer products business since 2018. Prior to that, he served as vice president of finance and vice president of financial planning and analysis since joining the company in 2013. Before Clearwater Paper, Mr. Kitch was a finance director at Nestlé USA and previously was at KKR Capstone and Frito Lay. He received an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.

Ms. Colonias has been the Chief Executive Officer of Simpson Manufacturing since January 2012 and was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2013. From 2009 to 2012, she was the Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer. Prior to that, she held the position of Vice President of our global structural product solutions subsidiary, Simpson Strong-Tie Company Inc. and, in that capacity from 2004 to 2009, served as the Branch Manager of the Simpson Strong-Tie manufacturing facility in Stockton, California. She joined Simpson Strong-Tie in 1984 as an engineer in the Research and Development department, where she was responsible for the design and testing of new products and code development. In 1998, she was promoted to Vice President of Engineering and was responsible for the company’s research and development efforts. Before joining Simpson Strong-Tie, she worked as a civil engineer for the Bechtel Corporation, a global engineering, construction, and project management company. Ms. Colonias holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration degree. She is also a licensed professional engineer.

Michael Holder is a strategic financial executive with deep transactional, business development and operational skills. Mr. Holder is skilled and experienced in preparing private companies for public offerings and in creating/realizing shareholder value through M&A as a public company CFO. I also provide highly effective financial strategy, fundraising, accounting/finance, internal controls, business development, leadership, and team building. I have led initiatives in corporate strategy, product development, regulatory, product launches, sales and marketing, product/pricing, information technology enhancements, and cost reduction as well as improvement initiatives in profits, capital structure, cashflows, process, and quality. Mr. Holder has served as an active board member of public and private companies in the life sciences, healthcare, technology, medtech, cybersecurity, and SaaS industries in the roles of Chairman, non-Executive Chairman, as well as an independent board director serving as Chair of Nominating, Audit and Compensation committees. I have also served on numerous non-profit boards including as a Board of Trustee for Parish Episcopal School where he also served on the Executive Committee and as Chairman of the school's Endowment Fund. Throughout my career, Mr. Holder has transacted more than $1.5B of M&A, IPOs, private equity, venture capital, and strategic partnership related transactions. I have also run a publicly traded life sciences company with a market capitalization up to $600M, a medtech company with a $325M P&L, and a life sciences investment company with $250M of allocated capital. Mr. Holder holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. Business Degree from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina.
