Summary:

As a Plant Manager/Journeyman Electrician, you are responsible for supervising ongoing field services support to solar, battery storage (BESS) or other renewable energy systems on a continual/on-demand basis in order to optimize equipment performance, troubleshoot/resolve equipment issues, support emergency repairs and other provide ongoing O&M compliance support. In this role you will assist with/and schedule all routine site inspections, maintenance projects, equipment & system testing, and other project compliance, troubleshoot or restoration matters. Plant Managers regularly participate in field support, training, and project safety orientations/classes in order to develop skills and technical expertise in one or multiple disciplines including PV array, inverter, medium voltage, BESS and other solar services.
The Plant Manager will be responsible for utility scale operations for the Lydian Energy Mendoza Trail BESS Project in McCamey, TX . Lydian Energy Mendoza Trail is a 200 MW site, consisting of BESS / PV technology, primarily from vendors such as Tesla, Sungrow, Waaree, BYD, CATL. This position will not manage direct reports.
The target start date for this position will be 11/17/2025. QE Solar will train you for 4 weeks at one of our other Utility Operations locations. We ask that you are available to travel during your training period, and then Plant Manager duties will begin 12/17/2025.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
1. Diagnose and repair systems failures on existing solar sites, identify and correct potential issues that may impact site performance in the future. Diagnose/troubleshoot equipment failures and perform regular preventative maintenance on a variety of solar, BESS and other project equipment. Support field teams and clients via oversight/support of warranty matters regarding equipment and systems for use or replacement. Installs, removes, troubleshoots and the maintenance of solar, BESS and other related electrical equipment.

Turner Staffing Group is seeking an energetic professional who can leverage their Heavy Equipment knowledge to expand upon our fast-growing business, creating best practices for systems and scalable business processes to ensure profitable operations.
This person will function as a Maintenance Technician, willingness to do, learn, perform and improve any maintenance task.
Tasks will be defined and evolve in all areas of mining operations to ensure preventative maintenance is practiced, repairs, equipment runs in the area of responsibility. You will report to and work with the Project Superintendent to develop heavy equipment procedures that will ensure safe operations.

Essential Skills & Knowledge
• Follow a consistent and regular schedule to perform various types of maintenance on heavy equipment and various pieces of machinery
• Perform repairs on equipment using tools, machine tools and measuring instruments
• Diagnose and troubleshoot fuel systems, electrical systems, hydraulic systems and propane systems
• Conduct oil changes, lubrication of equipment, tire replacements, hose repairs, battery replacements and assorted services
• Recondition and replace parts of the heavy equipment
• Operate and test equipment
• Diagnoses problem areas for any significant wear or tear on the equipment
• Produce detailed service reports and repair logs
• Follow all established procedures and protocols
• Build positive relationships with internal and external teams
• Perform additional duties as assigned

POSITION SUMMARY:

· Must have current Nurse Aide certification in the state of Texas

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· To ensure resident safety.
· Bathe, shower, shampoo, shave, comb hair, dress appropriately, nail care of any residents assigned
· Follow resident assignment schedule as made out by the charge nurse
· Lift, move, and transfer residents as required
· Answer call lights in a timely manner
· Assist or feed residents
· Keep resident clean and dry, toileting or providing incontinent care
· Provide supportive, protective, and safe environments for residents
· Other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

POSITION SUMMARY:
The dietary aide is responsible for helping with meal preparation, delivery, and meal service clean-up in accordance with current regulatory standards and the established policies and procedures of the Department of Food & Nutrition Services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a ROCKSTAR attitude
Ability to read, write and speak the English language, communicate effectively and carry out verbal and/or written instructions
Food Handlers Certification required to be presented during orientation/before working in the kitchen
Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assist cook with food preparation and delivery and/or collect and wash dishes/utensils, ensuring highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation, as determined by shift assignments
Properly handle chemicals and cleaning compounds using personal protective equipment and following proper safety guidelines
Ensure that all work areas are maintained keeping them clean and safe in accordance with sanitary, safety and infections control procedures
Perform daily scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with sanitation, safety, and infection control policies and procedures including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing walls and equipment while wearing personnel protective equipment (PPE) as instructed by the supervisor
Safely utilize equipment; report any equipment needing service or repair immediately
Use appropriate workplace behavior; always adhere to the Department Food & Nutrition Services dress code
Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance in accordance with FPACP attendance policy
Promote positive customer service with residents, family members, guests, and team members.
Understand that other duties not listed may be required as needed
