Bill Kolb was named Chairman & CEO of McCann Worldgroup in October, 2020, and assumed his duties as leader of the network in January, 2021.

One of McCann Worldgroup’s most experienced multiplatform and global marketing executives, Bill has spent his career building brands and businesses from the ground up. Appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2020, Bill was responsible for overseeing business operations across McCann Worldgroup, including all agencies and markets.

In his previous role as Global President, Bill fostered overall growth and integration amongst all McCann Worldgroup diversified agencies - strengthening key practice areas and disciplines, including technology and innovation, health and data analytics. In addition, he continues to be a driving force for the network’s dedicated General Motors (GM) agency, Commonwealth//McCann, as the Chairman and CEO.

Bill’s long and successful history within McCann spans over two decades, where he worked across regions and agencies, including Momentum, MRM and McCann, holding many top-level roles from CFO to CEO. He has worked with both large and entrepreneurial companies, and with multinational clients including GM, Microsoft, Coca-Cola, Merck and Anheuser-Busch. And his leadership has been integral to the continuing development and expansion of McCann Health.

His vision has led both Commonwealth//McCann and MRM to great success. In 2019, Commonwealth//McCann was named a Supplier of the Year by GM during its 27th annual Supplier of the Year Awards. And for three consecutive years, Commonwealth//McCann’s work on behalf of Chevrolet has earned the brand a spot on the Effie Effectiveness Index - currently Chevrolet is No. 6 on the Most Effective Brands list.

In 2020, for the first time, five MRM agencies were named in WARC’s top 40 effective digital agencies listing, as part of WARC’s global Effective 100 ranking. MRM has been recognized with some of the industry’s highest accolades, including being designated for four consecutive years (2017, 2018, 2019, 2020) as a “Leader” in Gartner Inc.’s Magic Quadrant for Global Marketing Agencies. The agency was named Ad Age’s B-to-B Agency of the Year in 2018 and as the Top Large Agency of the Year at the Digital Analytics Association’s Quanties.

His career prior to McCann includes time spent in the publishing, finance, real estate and oil industries.

Begüm Zeynep Oktay is a Financial Controller at Mullen Lowe Group and CFO at McCann Worldgroup and is based in 土耳其. She has worked as Senior Tax Auditor at EY, Financial Controller at Lowe Worldwide, and Finance Director at TUPPERWARE BRANDS CORP. Begüm studied at ODTÜ between 1994 and 1996, Ankara Anadolu Lisesi between 1987 and 1994, and Kineto Wireless between 1996 and 2000.

A Philosophy graduate, Catalin Dobre, the 37 years old CEE Creative Director and Chief Creative Officer of McCann Bucharest started working in advertising as a copywriter, 14 years ago. Along the years, he won 2 Cannes Lions Grand Prix and a Titanium Lion, the total count of Cannes awards reaching 35 Lions. Also, he scored awards in all the major international advertising shows: D&AD, Clio, One Show, Eurobest, Lia, New York Festivals, Cresta, Golden Drum. He was proud to serve in the jury of D&AD, Clio, Eurobest and Golden Drum. Catalin was part of the first Romanian Forbes 30 under 30 Edition and received, two years later, the Excellence Award. Also, he received the IAA excellence award, for creating the campaign that brought the first Cannes Grand Prix in Eastern Europe and was part of Adweek's Creative 100 in 2019.

Chris Doyle is a CFO McCann MEA at McCann Worldgroup and is based in Manchester, Trafford, United Kingdom. He has worked as Chief Operating Officer at Momentum UK Ltd, Chief Operating Officer at Momentum EMEA, and Operations Director McCann EMEA at McCann Worldgroup.

Craig Smith is a Chief Information Officer at McCann Worldgroup and is based in New York, New York. He has worked as European IT Director at ELECTRONIC ARTS INC.; Director Global Front Office Trading Systems at HSBC; and Chief Information Officer at INTERPUBLIC GROUP OF COMPANIES, INC..

Devika is responsible for driving all aspects of Ogilvy's core business across the United States and Canada which spans Advertising, Brand & Content, Public Relations & Influence, Experience, Growth & Innovation, and Health. She also supports Ogilvy's advertising business across the global network.

Most recently Devika served as President of North America for McCann Worldgroup. Prior to being appointed to that role in December 2019, Devika was President of McCann New York, the company's lead office. Under her leadership that office experienced a period of significant growth and industry recognition that encompassed numerous creative, effectiveness and innovation awards. In 2019 she was recognized by Campaign Magazine as U.S. Advertising Agency Head of the Year. Over the past four years McCann New York won a total of 100 Cannes Lions and was the 2nd most awarded agency in 2019 in the world. Under her leadership, McCann was named the Most Creatively Effective Agency Network in the U.S. by the Effie Awards last year.

Devika joined McCann New York's strategy department in 1997 and played a key role in transforming "Priceless," the Mastercard advertising concept into a global business platform encompassing a wide range of digital and experiential marketing programs. She rose quickly through the agency ranks and co-founded McCann XBC, the agency unit dedicated to Mastercard, where she was named President.

Devika is deeply devoted to social causes that promote equality, diversity and inclusiveness. She is a founding member of Times Up Advertising, where she has tirelessly championed equality for women in advertising, particularly for women of color. To mark International Women's Day in 2019, Devika brought together her industry peers for a discussion in partnership with NYWICI, AAF and Bloomberg Media that featured the pioneering women of Madison Avenue. In 2017, she was named "Working Mothers of the Year" by She Runs It and is also a previous recipient of the AdColor Innovator Award.

She has volunteered her time for numerous industry/community projects, including work with the Ad Council. She is also an active Board member of the Ad Club in New York.

Emiliano González De Pietri is a CCO, McCann Chief Creative Integration Officer, McCann Worldgroup at McCann Worldgroup and is based in Greater Madrid Metropolitan Area. He has worked as Creative Director at Ogilvy; Executive Creative Director, Europe at Grey Group; and Copywriter at Ogilvy. Emiliano works or has worked as Executive Creative Director at Circus Grey. He studied at Sarah Lawrence College between 1993 and 1996.
