Pros of working at McCarthy Holdings, Inc.

You can get experience by working here, but it may be a nightmare if you are working under their stereotypical golden boys or girls. Best advise is to get experience and go work elsewhere for a happy career.

Cons of working at McCarthy Holdings, Inc.

So many to list but the biggest is the culture. It is toxic here. CYA is the name of the game. Promotions are based on management’s gut feelings about you and not your experience. They actually are proud enough to say that part out loud at the company seminars. Forget about Lean and everything you were taught in school. Executives unequivocally reject Lean and evidenced by their trashing the program they had just two years ago. Former staff are also under investigation for a pay-to-play scheme. Just Google it.
