This is a chance to join a fast-growing EPC group taking the lead on utility scale renewable energy projects. We are seeking individuals with previous solar design experience or with a recent degree in a related field.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and provide support as appropriate with conceptual and detailed design of renewable systems, specifically solar and battery energy storage.
Support in the design review of electrical, civil, structural plans, specifications, calculations and studies.
Support in the review of testing, commissioning plan and QA/QC documentation
Conduct site visits and inspections, as well as face-to-face meetings with clients and industry partners as necessary
Assist in pricing and bidding of renewable energy projects, performing quantity take-offs when necessary and conducting reviews of milestone documents for pricing of value alternative options
Communicate with engineers, suppliers and consultants to clarify scope of work, materials, and schedule requirements as required
Participate in the internal estimate review process and assist with final assembly of estimate for presentation to the client.
Support in the collection and organization all bid information for future reference
Support in the development of subcontracts and purchase orders for major equipment.
Support in the estimation of projects by leading efforts to solicit proposals from subcontractors and vendors, as necessary.
Champion standardization by identifying and documenting “Best Practices”
Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors and internal clients, attending industry events and representing McCarthy in the community

The Low Voltage Technicians install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under 50 volts, including security systems, fire alarms, audiovisual equipment, and networking infrastructure. They read blueprints, troubleshoot issues, ensure safety compliance, and perform testing with Fluke equipment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reading and interpreting blueprints to ensure accurate installation.

Structural Project Manager, Healthcare with a strong background in healthcare and hospital projects. This individual is responsible for overseeing and managing projects from conceptual design through construction completion. The role involves coordinating and supervising all aspects of the structural design process through completion of the construction administration phase, ensuring that the structural components are designed, modeled, detailed, and delivered in accordance with the project's scope, budget, and schedule expectations.
The Structural Project Manager, Healthcare will work closely with the design and construction team members to deliver a safe and cost-efficient structural design that meets or exceeds GPLA's standards and expectations. This position will also have a specific focus on healthcare and hospital project experience within the state of Arizona, including compliance with the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS), local building jurisdictions, and the International Building Code (IBC) with Arizona amendments. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:
Supervisory Responsibilities
Mentor and manage Structural Designers I, Structural Designers II, Structural Design Engineers, and Structural Project Engineers.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the production of drawings, specifications, and calculations during a project's design phase life cycle from conceptual design to completion of construction documents.
Review deliverables to ensure the scope and quality standards are met throughout the project's life cycle.
Develop a comprehensive plan that defines the project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines. This involves collaborating with the design and construction teams to assess structural requirements and estimate the necessary resources.
Manage the completion of various construction administration tasks, such as reviewing shop drawings and submittals, responding to RFIs, and making site visits.
Oversee and be responsible for the development of structural designs and analytical models for various building types and materials.
Perform and/or review calculations and analyses to ensure structural integrity and compliance with building codes and regulations. Working knowledge of all relevant codes, including Arizona-specific healthcare and hospital design requirements governed by ADHS and local authorities.
Utilize CAD software, including Tekla Structures, and other tools to create 2D drawings and 3D models.
Manage team members, including engineers, modelers, and detailers, to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality design solutions within budget. This involves assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members.
Collaborate with external stakeholders such as architects, contractors, and MEP designers.
Manage project design meetings to achieve project objectives. Some responsibilities may include setting agendas, taking notes, and providing meeting minutes.
Stay updated with industry trends, code updates, and advancements in structural design techniques and technologies by actively participating in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge in structural engineering and project management.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and efficiency enhancement, and help implement initiatives to drive continuous improvement within the company.

Required Skills and Abilities
In-depth knowledge of structural engineering principles, codes, and standards.
Familiarity with structural design and analysis, materials, and construction techniques for making informed decisions and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Understanding of Arizona building codes, standards, and healthcare facility requirements, including those governed by the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS), local municipalities, and the International Building Code (IBC) with Arizona amendments.
The ability to act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the company in a given area of knowledge.

Education and Experience
Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a Structural focus.
Master's degree in Structural Engineering preferred.
Have Professional Engineer (PE) license. Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred. Setup and maintain an NCEES record for licensure.
Eight years of experience working in the building structural engineering field, with preferred experience in Arizona healthcare and hospital projects.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit or stand at a desk and work from a computer for prolonged periods of time.
Ability to travel to perform site visits at various project locations around the country.
Ability to lift a minimum of 15 pounds if needed.

Job Description
DPR Construction is seeking a Senior Field Engineer with 5 years of commercial construction experience.
Sr. Field Engineers will be assigned to DPR projects within our core markets: Healthcare, Higher Education, Advanced Technology, Life Sciences and Commercial. Field Engineers will work closely with all members of the project team and will be responsible for some if not all of the following:
Assisting and supporting field work under the direction of the Project Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents.
Coordinate working and shop drawings.
Coordinate the delivery, coding and purchasing of project materials.
Assist in the preparation and subsequent monitoring/updating of the project schedule- Assist in generating three-week look- ahead schedules- Weekly Work Plan and Production Planning
Organize and conduct subcontractor meetings and produce meeting minutes (ideally in CMIC)
Assist in the project's RFI & Submittal process.
Assist in the completion of project close-out activities, including developing/completing items from corrective action lists and punch lists.
Coordinate work-in-place quantities and DPR labor.
Directs Company foreman and laborers at the discretion of the Project Superintendent.
Has internal contact with:
Project Management Staff; To coordinate shop drawings, expedite materials and coordinate with assigned duties.
Has external contact with:
Subcontractors and Vendors; To ensure the timely delivery of required materials, proper installation of same, and adherence to schedule and safety requirements.
Architects and Consultants; To obtain information regarding changes and clarification of drawings.
Building Officials; To assure that necessary inspections are coordinated in a timely manner
Attend and participate actively in Superintendent Peer Group Meetings.
Work with the Safety Coordinator to execute safety audits on a regular basis.
Qualifications
Possess independent judgment, creativity, initiative, and ability to apply knowledge and experience to resolve problems, compose correspondence and technical reports, and accomplish goals where established procedures may not be specific.
Ability to read basic blue prints and shop drawings.
Develop skills around Excavation safety and Fall protection.
Thorough understanding of plans, specifications and subcontractor scopes.
Learn Total Station Layout and control and operate in that capacity for a minimum 4 month period in the field.
Competent user of BIM modeling and ability to get obtain specific detail in the building through the model.
Working knowledge of P6 software and Our Plan.
Develop presentation and communication skills.
General knowledge of the project Monthly Status Reports (MSR).
Read and understand DPR'S labor cost reports (LCR).
Ability to perform field take-offs; order, receive, return, and track equipment and material.
Understanding of crane safety and rigging competency. Knowledge of rigging hand signals.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal with diverse types of people in a tactful, professional, and effective manner.
Ability to deal with pressures of deadlines, heavy workloads, demanding people, and constant interruptions.

is looking for an experienced Quality Control Inspector.
Quality Control Inspectors are expected to visually inspect all products going through the factory within their assigned areas. This position is expected to be carried out in a professional, courteous, and non-biased manner, with a “Team” approach. The Quality Control Inspector is also required to create, process, and “upload” documents into the company's database pertaining to all quality processes (which include hard copies if necessary, the use of computers, I pad's, etc. The Quality Control Inspector is expected to inspect product (including components and subcomponents) visually and with the use of aids, including gauges, tape measures, a variety of inspection tools, etc. and finalize/provide a pass/fail outcome on all work. Inspectors are not “production” personnel, and therefore have a separate reporting structure from production and shall not perform any production-related work.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with the quality manager to identify quality issues and help ensure the highest quality product
Work professionally with area leads, production personnel, weld technicians (including robots), and “others” to report, address, and document quality issues and concerns.
Document and track all quality inspections using electronic reporting app, paper documents, and any other DBC assigned method(s).
Read and understand production details and spool sheets
Help create and implement the proper quality check(s) utilizing tools
Attend any training that aids in job functions (roles and responsibilities)
Manage and maintain document creation, flow, distribution, and uploading (which may include digital and hard copies).
Aid in training new and existing employees
Meet quality inspection requirements to assist in production flow
Document review, control and improvement
Aid in designing efficient details and design improvements
Create a positive, respectful, and productive team atmosphere
Participate in leadership training and functions
Maintain and provide a clean and organized work environment
Dress appropriately for the work performed (and meeting all company safety requirements).
Crosstrain and assist Quality Control Inspectors in various areas (including the Finish Shop).
Actively promote a safe working environment (as applicable) throughout the entire factory
Able to use and read measuring tape, micrometers, calipers, multimeter, and other measuring devices in the performance of their duties.
Able to operate electronic devices such as iPhone, iPad, and capable to use Microsoft suite products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook programs, etc.
Education and Experience:
Strong attention to detail and the ability to read blueprints.
2 to 5 years' experience in QC/QA in a manufacturing or construction environment.
Experience with Microsoft Office products to create reports and record data.
Ability to work with and assist others to maximize system effectiveness and efficiency.
Ability to build positive and effective relationships with co-workers.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrates a commitment to a safety- first environment.
Ability to read various gauges accurately (i.e. tape measurer, calipers and indicators).
Ability to work overtime to meet production schedules to include weekend as needed.
Required knowledge on tile installation/process and its products since the role is conducting daily inspection of that process within production.

It requires the use of hands and fingers to hold, grasp push and lift items.

This is a chance to join a fast-growing EPC group taking the lead on utility scale renewable energy projects. We are seeking individuals with previous solar design experience or with a recent degree in a related field.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and provide support as appropriate with conceptual and detailed design of renewable systems, specifically solar and battery energy storage.
* Support in the design review of electrical, civil, structural plans, specifications, calculations and studies.
* Support in the review of testing, commissioning plan and QA/QC documentation
* Conduct site visits and inspections, as well as face-to-face meetings with clients and industry partners as necessary
