The Project Superintendent is a critical field leadership position and is foundational to our projects' success and safety. The Project Superintendent will oversee construction of the project in the field, providing leadership to field foremen and ensuring successful completion of trade work. The Superintendent will also work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely and quality completion of construction process. Proficient computer skills in Estimating Software (HCSS HeavyBid or similar) and Civil project management software (HCSS HeavyJob or similar) preferred but not required. 5+ years of experience in civil construction, preferably within DPR's core markets. Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering or related field a plus but not required. A strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude. This position is salaried.
