The Self-Perform Recruiter will own the full lifecycle of hiring skilled self-perform construction professionals within an assigned business unit or region. This person will be responsible for the sourcing, recruiting and securing of top-tier self-perform talent, both craft and partner. MUST BE BILINGUAL-English and Spanish. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and collaborate on workforce planning. Monitor and remain current with industry trends and best practices in self-perform recruiting and make recommendations for new or improved services.
