Position Overview:
This position has responsibility for managing US Flavor Solutions Customer Service organization. Responsibilities to include managing, executing and administrating the strategy and operations for this department, as well as driving efficient practices to optimize and streamline processes, and monitor/measure activity to ensure customer service levels are meeting business until objectives. This position facilitates and provides leadership with regards to communications between business partners, ensuring operational execution, and overall leadership to a specific portfolio of customer service personnel. Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership, support and training to develop customer service personnel.
Set annual goals and provide strategic planning to achieve departmental and functional goals that are aligned with business partner objectives.
Act as liason between Customer Service Organization and business until leadership personnel within the Sales/Supply Chain/organizations
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field.10 years of experience in lieu of degree
6+ years Business experience, 2+ years supervisory experience (required), SAP/ERP working knowledge (required)
Knowledge of the North American Consumer customer base - Branded Retailers/distributors (preferred).
Knowledge of Manufacturing processes, inventory management, warehouse and distribution.
Ability to work with internal and external customers to resolve issues and achieve positive outcomes. Effective communication skills that allow for collaboration with business partners
Influential relationship skills at all levels and the ability to use these relationships to deliver service improvements

POSITION OVERVIEW
Under the general supervision of a Team Manager and direct supervision of a Crew Leader, the Packaging Technician will join the start-up team for the new Gourmet bottle packaging line being installed and commissioned at the MMC.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Process, fill, and package materials with production line equipment
Perform consistent quality inspection of products
Maintain hopper levels with adequate supply of materials
Complete product changeovers
Perform minor repairs and adjustments on equipment
Pack and palletize finished goods in a safe manner
Accurately complete all related paperwork
Support hand-packing operation
Complete required production records and input data into SAP
Define, document, and optimize all production processes during start-up
Responsible for maintaining Food Safety and Defense requirements according to McCormick and Regulatory Standards

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1+ years of manufacturing experience (preferably on a production line)
Must have a basic understanding of computer systems
Ability to move up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis
Ability to perform basic math

Demonstrated experience working effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment

Description of Role:
This role plays a key part in bringing top talent to the organization. POSITION OVERVIEW:

POSITION SUMMARY
The Scientist I - Innovation will lead the development of new ingredients and technologies with the main focuses on seasoning in the US and globally. Have latitude for decisions such as technical program planning, project managements and planning and technical assessment of customer needs.
Collaborate and guide technology transfer initiatives with regional R&D team.
Manage a group of junior scientists and lab technicians
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
B.S. M.S. in Food Science, Food technology, Chemistry required, Ph.D. preferred
Minimum 3 years of postgraduate experience, experience in product development, ingredient research and/or flavor research is required
Intellectual curiosity, flexibility, demonstrate aptitude for complexity and innovative imagination and the ability to operate in “grey” space required
The ability to Identify gaps in technical expertise or facilities and communicate/implement possible solutions required
Experience leading projects and/or teams required
Strong knowledge of sound experimental design required
The ability to communicate findings to senior technical leadership internally and customer externally required
Basic understanding of product development, sensory science, material technology etc. required
Passion for food is required, previous culinary training is a plus

The Clean Flavor Engineer II will work with a small, fast-paced team of Scientists, Engineers, Flavorists, and Technicians to proactively identify and evaluate unit operations and methods for preparing natural product essences and extracts. The Engineer will develop and implement new and innovative strategies and methods for creating these natural flavor products and is expected to contribute to technical problem-solving and support new product innovation from ideation through product development, pilot scale-up, and full-scale commercialization. This Engineer is also expected to analyze, document, and communicate results to the technical community and management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with Flavorists to identify needs and opportunities for natural flavors and extracts.
Proactively develop manufacturing processes, both individually and as part of a team, to produce market-preferred solutions, using input from benchtop product development, culinary testing, technical innovation, and consumer trend analysis.
Anticipate, investigate, and resolve issues related to raw materials, finished product prototypes, processing equipment and systems, and initial scale-up procedures.
Foster successful and cooperative relationships with technical counterparts and utilize company technical resources to support global technology implementation.
Collect and analyze data from experiments and concepts, and prepare summary reports and recommendations for the leadership team.
Contribute to the advancement of strategic category initiatives.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
BS in Chemical, Mechanical, or Food Engineering, or closely related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience (R&D or production) in food, food ingredient, or natural product industry
Demonstrated experience in process design and troubleshooting
Strong background in analytical methods and sensory science
Strong background working with flavor chemicals
Strong laboratory bench skills (separations, extractions, compounding)

POSITION OVERVIEW

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Team Manager the Electrical/Electronic summer intern will primarily work with trained and certified maintenance technicians while learning how to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical equipment and machinery. The intern will assist with PLCs, VFDs, Servos, and other electrical field devices on our packaging and processing equipment. Responsibilities

Assists with mechanical/electrical, electronic, and control trouble calls on production/process equipment, utility breakdowns, and work orders.
Utilize drawings, manuals, schematics and PLC programming tools to assist in trouble shooting.
Assists and documents all electrical tests, such as DMM, Recorder, Meggar, etc. as well as assisting with calibration and troubleshooting control instrumentation.
The program will last as designated on hire and is based on available opportunities. Intent is to provide employment during summer months, and if agreed upon in advance additional opportunities as they come available.
Further, all procedures and practices used are grounded in standards, regulations and laws addressing occupational safety (OSHA) and food safety and food quality (FDA) in addition to environmental safety (EPA) in accordance with Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
A primary of M-F, 7a-3p for your basic work schedule, training classes will supersede the primary schedule as required.

Identifies broad changes to trade promotions strategies to improve and solidify trade calendars and price points by customer, category and segment
Monitor execution of plans and make course corrections as needed.
Leverage success stories to accelerate action and educate cross-functional team members on the power of analytics generated insights to drive sales and profit growth
Understand how customer strategies intersect with trade investments and competitive pressures to evaluate investment trade-offs
Work with marketing and Sales Planning on broader promotion and pricing recommendations that support a consistent and intuitive execution.
Coach direct report on framework behind analytics to enable resource independence within a framework
Support and collaborate with the Global Analytics COE to continually develop intuitive action-oriented tools for field deployment
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Math oriented field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or Data Science
5-7 years' experience leveraging analytics for Sales, Marketing or Finance through systems or tools such as SAP for financials, IRI or A.C Nielsen for consumption data and TPM tools such as CAS, Siebel or Vistex
Management and development of direct reports and team
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, leadership, influencing and communication skills
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
Experience with statistical tools such as R or Python and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
