POSITION OVERVIEW
Responsible for ~$250m Capex and MRO NAM Category. Highly complex portfolio of spend across the global MKC landscape. Primary objectives are to optimize cost, accelerate time to market and innovation, rationalize the supply base, and bring value to the Corporation while mitigating risk. Includes coordinating and leading strategy execution activity. Participation in the development of OGSM and Procurement planning activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement a global strategic template approach, driving consistent category strategies across regions
Lead full market reviews to identify key opportunities and risks, aligning with senior stakeholders to drive material change in approach and long-term value
Leads strategic supplier negotiations, contract agreements supplier performance management
Develop separate, targeted strategies for Capital, Real Estate, and MRO categories. Build strategic relationships with critical suppliers to support the execution of these strategies
Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of procurement technology tools (e.g., e-sourcing, contract lifecycle management, spend analytics, supplier performance management) to drive automation, visibility, and process efficiency
Lead Business reviews with strategic suppliers to drive commercial value and operational efficiency
Lead the change in technology establishing better inventory management for MRO
Establish Supplier relationship management (SRM) with strategic suppliers
Act as the business liaison to enhance P2P (Procure-to-Pay) process effectiveness and compliance
Where applicable, directs the efforts of subordinates to establish and maintain reliable sources of supply and supervise the negotiation of procured materials and services
Manages and develops personnel and recruitment activity to promote an efficient operation, as well as ensuring a high level of motivation and morale
Champion a culture of innovation, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement across the procurement
Engagement with senior business and procurement leadership to understand, challenge, and deliver our business needs through our external spend. This can include complex and strategic decision-making on critical suppliers, operating model for MKC/suppliers, and Make vs Buy of key services
Significant involvement in often confidential, highly business-sensitive programs that utilize external suppliers
Establish and monitor supplier risk management programs, ensuring business continuity and compliance with international trade, labour, and regulatory standards
Participate and champion change management efforts while creating true alignment and integration internally and externally
Acts as an internal consultant to the business
Participates in the financial planning and forecasting process as well as provides periodic relevant market information and dynamics to internal stakeholders for all global regions
Drive standardization of equipment and maintenance materials where applicable to reduce TCO (Total Cost of Ownership)
Responsible to work with the Global Senior Indirects Directors and team colleagues to set global direction on Indirects Procurement, develop / drive policies, support change management and to develop team members for future progression
Promote procurement's value proposition internally and externally, ensuring it is fully integrated into broader business and supply chain strategies like Journey to Excellence (JTE)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Finance, Accounting, or applicable field of study
Accomplished Global category management in Procurement /Supply Chain environment with appropriate business experience
Track record of developing and driving transformative category strategies that achieve step-change in value to the business
Track record of collaborating and challenging stakeholders right up to the C-suite level, but also with Operations/Supply Chain stakeholders at sites, in complex, global organizations
Must be expert in Indirect Procurement or have a clear and compelling history of assuming and driving new category portfolios in challenging environments
Ability to lead project development/execution, process improvement, and change management initiatives
Highly proficient in contracting, P2P process and procurement compliance processes
Strong understanding of Total Lifecycle Management/TCO, engineering development process and the role of suppliers
Experience working in a high performing organization; Particular focus on Personal and Team Leadership, Influence, Strategic Thinking, and Business Savvy and Acumen

This position has responsibility for managing US Flavor Solutions Customer Service organization. Position Overview
As part of the Food Safety and Scientific Affairs CoE, and under the general direction of the Senior Director, Global Product Integrity, the Corporate Microbiologist is responsible for global microbiology governance and for ensuring the microbiological integrity of McCormick products across the value chain.
The role partners with R&D, the FSSA CoE and regional businesses to establish and maintain microbiological food safety standards, including proactive risk assessments and incident response. Areas of focus include pathogens, spoilage organisms, and other microbiology-related biological hazards relevant to herbs, spices, flavors, and food products.
Working within the McCormick Global Quality Management System (QMS), the role leads the development, management, and continuous improvement of procedures and programs that drive microbiological safety - providing technical support, guidance, and training as required.
The incumbent will possess strong subject-matter expertise and scientific credibility, as well as superior communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with customers, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Leads global governance of corporate microbiological program, providing strategy linkage and program oversight to regional businesses, partner functions and CoEs. Activities include, but not limited to: Horizon scanning of emerging microbiological risks; risk assessment of pathogens, spoilage organisms, and other relevant hazards; development and validation of testing methods and applications; incident response and root cause analysis, and; oversight of hygienic design (in collaboration with Sr. Mgr. Hygienic Design). Drives continuous improvement and alignment with regulatory and industry best practices. Provides central R&D support to drive strategic initiatives and imperatives. Ensures microbiological food safety considerations are embedded in innovation and “design for safety,” including predictive microbiology, challenge testing, and raw material risk evaluation. Supports customer projects, supply chain resiliency, and sustainability initiatives where microbiological integrity is a key factor.
• Provides training and development to relevant stakeholders. Acts as technical SME with customers as needed to assure the Taste You Trust pledge, and represents the company in trade associations and scientific forums to influence microbiological standards.

POSITION OVERVIEW
This role is responsible for evaluating, recommending, deploying and tracking Revenue Management initiatives to drive revenue growth and improve trade investment ROIs across the US Consumer Products portfolio. By working with financial, consumption and trade planning data this role is responsible for identifying ROI improvement opportunities, addressing drivers of revenue erosion and achieving Net Sales and Gross Profit targets by working with Customer Business Managers to review annual trade plans and recommend changes based on historical performance and forward-looking analytics. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and financial capabilities rounded with commercial experience and strong ability to translate analytics insights into action. The Revenue Management Manager will lead direct reports and support cross-functional teams through trade plan reviews, annual planning, execution and tracking. Closely collaborates with Field Sales, Sales Planning, Category Management and Marketing to build selling stories that demonstrate how plans will successfully improve trade promotions and drive retail sales and category growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support annual Customer Level Business Planning process, build and updates Trade ROI analytics and help teams leverage tools to improve trade promotion plans
Identifies broad changes to trade promotions strategies to improve and solidify trade calendars and price points by customer, category and segment
Monitor execution of plans and make course corrections as needed.
Leverage success stories to accelerate action and educate cross-functional team members on the power of analytics generated insights to drive sales and profit growth
Understand how customer strategies intersect with trade investments and competitive pressures to evaluate investment trade-offs
Work with marketing and Sales Planning on broader promotion and pricing recommendations that support a consistent and intuitive execution.
Coach direct report on framework behind analytics to enable resource independence within a framework
Support and collaborate with the Global Analytics COE to continually develop intuitive action-oriented tools for field deployment
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Math oriented field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or Data Science
5-7 years' experience leveraging analytics for Sales, Marketing or Finance through systems or tools such as SAP for financials, IRI or A.C Nielsen for consumption data and TPM tools such as CAS, Siebel or Vistex
Management and development of direct reports and team
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, leadership, influencing and communication skills
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
Experience with statistical tools such as R or Python and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
