Establishes, maintains and communicates requirements of the bid schedule to all departments providing proposal inputs. Monitors progress of the bidding activities and enable mitigation of any concerns. Manages internal and external bid clarifications. Monitors and controls bid budget. Ensures proper setup of opportunity in Salesforce with project information, proposal dates, and team members. Interfaces with all the bid team members representing different functions.
Organizes and coordinates all required execution strategy and proposal gate reviews. Ensures all levels of management are properly informed and gave their approval based on the delegation of authority and company procedures requirements. Documents lessons learned and coordinates lessons learned meeting sessions. Manages post-submission bid clarifications. Supports Commercial Lead in communicating and recording tender outcome. Conducts Handover from Proposals to Project Operations including project kick-off meeting, EDMS (Electronic Document Management System) setup, cost inputs, project budgets, bid documents, technical information, as sold estimate and contract. Finalize bid closeout. Ensure all necessary approvals stages and associated documents are completed within Salesforce and precontract budgets are closed. Utilize common industry IT tools and applications (Tableau, Power Bl, Salesforce Opportunity Management, SAP Ariba, etc.).
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commercial or Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field and five (5) years of functional experience in project operations and proposals, Module Fabrication project execution and/or Module Fabrication Facility operations, Module Fabrication estimate development, and Pre-FEED, FEED, EPC, EPCM, EPF, EPCM scopes and commercial approaches including Lump Sum/Rates/Provisional Sums.
