Reporting into the Cyber Business Office, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Program Management (PPM) to lead our Cybersecurity PMO at McDonald's. The US Market Technology Support Team's main goal is to support one of the Global IT key pillars - Keep Systems Up and Running. The US Restaurant Issue Management Supervisor will:

Improving Existing Assets
+ Improves existing asset base by leading and ensuring resolution of property issues, including but not limited to, Condemnations, Easements, CAM Disputes, Lease and Land Rights protection, Estoppel Requests, Excess Property, Consents from Landlords, Co-tenants, Abutters, etc., where required as part of any development initiatives and Non-monetary Defaults.

+ Meet with Landlords and resolve issues such as common area responsibility and compliance, conduct on-site inspections to observe and resolve issues and problems.
Process Management
+ Working with Legal Department Attorneys, governmental authorities, Area Construction Managers, and outside consultants for the following matters related to condemnations: a) estimating value of improvements taken and cost to restore (e.g. curbing, asphalt, outdoor playlands, sign relocation, landscaping); b) following municipality w/code; c) negotiating compensation from condemning authority; d) preparation of condemnation impact reports; e) revising and implementing legal documents.
+ Working with Finance Managers and Legal to initiate Legal notice and default for past due accounts receivable for Tenant properties.
+ Working with the Region and Excess Property Team on store closing processes and transitioning the property Landlords or disposition.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
Deliver Data Platform Solutions

Support AI-Ready Platform Capabilities
+ Implement platform features that enable emerging AI technologies (e.g., GenAI, LLMs, agentic AI) in areas such as monitoring, alerting, automation, and infrastructure-as-code.
+ Collaborate with engineering teams supporting AI/ML solutions to ensure platform readiness for future initiatives.
Implement Data Integration Patterns
+ Apply established data integration design patterns using ETL/ELT, event streaming, and real-time processing technologies such as Dataflow, Pub/Sub, dbt, or Kafka.
+ Ensure data pipelines are performant, well-tested, reliable, and aligned to platform standards.
Participate in Design Reviews & Best Practices

Advance Cloud Engineering Skills
+ Stay current with new GCP capabilities and apply them to improve platform functionality, performance, and cost efficiency.

Support Governance, Security, and Compliance
+ Work with security, governance, and compliance teams to ensure platform components meet required controls and policies.
+ Participate in vulnerability assessment remediation and operational hardening of platform services.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
+ Partner with product managers, architects, data engineers, and analytics teams to deliver platform capabilities that meet business and technical requirements.
+ Coordinate with cloud, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to ensure cohesive delivery across platform layers.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
+ 3-5 years of experience in data platform engineering, cloud data engineering, or related roles, with hands-on experience delivering solutions on GCP (with some exposure to AWS).
+ Demonstrated experience implementing modern cloud-based data platform components supporting analytical and/or AI workloads.
+ Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT, event streaming, and real-time processing frameworks (e.g., dbt, Kafka, Dataflow, Pub/Sub).
+ Familiarity with emerging AI concepts as they relate to platform automation and operational efficiency.
+ Strong implementation skills in CI/CD, Terraform, automated testing, and containerized workloads.
+ Working knowledge of data governance, security controls, and cloud compliance requirements.

Duties
The Commercial Product & Platform vision develops global technology products and platforms that delight our customers and enable our crews to operate our restaurants reliably and effectively.
Software Engineer II reports to the Sr Engineering Manager, Chapter Lead. Duties
Global Technology is the team that is responsible for the securing of McDonald's information assets at a global level. This role will be part of the group within Global Technology that is responsible for our network security critical services, including firewall, IPS/IDS, Content Filtering, SASE, SSE, ZTNA, VPN and DDoS. You will lead the strategic direction, technical evolution, and day to day operation of some of our Network Security products and platforms.
You will work closely with market technology teams, Global Technology Risk Management teams, Global Technology Infrastructure and Operations teams, application owners, key vendors, and others to ensure the proper design and functioning of McDonald's network security services.
+ Design, implement, and operate global network security platforms that supports global, corporate and restaurant network infrastructure and operations.
+ Produce high quality High Level designs, Low level design, migration plans and runbooks.
+ Configure and manage firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, NAC, VPN, SSE and other security platforms.
+ Collaborate with Technical Product Managers and architects and managed service partners to innovate and deliver network security and wider NIO outcomes.
+ Produce high quality High Level designs, Low level design, migration plans and runbooks.
+ Responsible for providing urgent support and troubleshooting for our customers outside of regular business hours.
+ Drive proof of concepts and conduct technical feasibility studies for business requirements.

+ Produce test plan, create test cases and perform functional and non-functional testing of network security platforms.

Essential Skills:

+ In depth knowledge and experience (5+ years) with one or more of the following
