We pride ourselves on introducing youth to the workplace and teaching foundation life skills such as teamwork, problem-solving, guest service, and food safety sanitation. Job Requirements:

As part of the team, you will be responsible for:
* Greeting guests with a smile and being a genuinely nice human being
* Taking accurate food orders from the guests
* Serving guests in the dining room
* Ensuring the restaurant is stocked and cleaned to start the next day
* Partnering with other staff to meet target goals during your shift
As a 16/17-year-old employee, you will be more limited in your job description than other McDonald's employees. During the summer you will be allowed to work a maximum of 38 hours per week. During the school year, you will be allowed to work a maximum of 26 hours per week.
