Essential Functions:
The Primary Maintenance/Janitor assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. Your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed. All you need is a willingness to learn and a great attitude! You must be 18 years of age or older to work as a Primary Maintenance/Janitor.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
+ Daily filtering of oil fryers
+ Preventative maintenance, such as toaster cleaning, replacing air filters, etc.
+ Maintaining outside grounds, including snow removal of walkways
+ Deep cleaning of floors, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
+ Unloading delivery truck 2 times a week, to include appropriate product rotation
+ Taking out and emptying trash compactor
+ Changing light bulbs and other routine maintenance as needed
+ May also assist in crew stations during peak times as needed
Physical Demands:
+ Must work a schedule that fits the restaurant needs
+ Stand and walk for long periods of time

+ Use muscles to lift, push, pull and carry objects: occasionally up to 40 pounds and frequently up to 10 pounds
