JOB SUMMARY: An event worker is a temporary position and can be assigned to any of the Citizen Potawatomi Nations entities. Event workers are primarily used at Firelake Arena, Firelake Ballfields and CPN Clinics. See below for the PayScale depending on what capacity an event worker may work.
Regular event staff $12 hourly
These positions encompass everything but the functions that require a Liquor license.
Liquor Licensed Event Staff $14 Hourly + tips
These positions encompass everything related to alcohol sales/stocking that requires a Liquor License.
Lead Bartender $16 * Can't accept tips as they are not at a sales position.
This person is responsible for all the sales stations and facilitating stocking, change requests, and breaks if needed.
Event Worker CDL Driver - Paid peridium per trip.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Greet patrons attending the events.
· Provide patrons with excellent customer service by being friendly, helpful, and professional.
· As patrons enter the gate, examine all ID's to determine which wristband to place on them accordingly.
· Assist patrons by providing direction and answering their questions about their seat assignments or locating the facility's rest rooms.
· Box office duties include selling tickets, checking online ticket information, as well as examine and collecting admission tickets and/or passes to verify authenticity, using criteria such as color or date issued.
· Assist patrons in concession stands.
· Maintains facilities, field maintenance, trash pickup and cleaning restrooms.
· Assist and take temperatures of patients entering the clinics.
· Show up to work on time as scheduled.
· Perform all other duties and projects as assigned by management depending on what location the employee is assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
· Strong communication and active listening skills.
· Ability to see details at close range.
· Must have basic math skills and cash handling skills.
· Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays according to scheduled events.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
· Good wrist and finger dexterity
· Occasional lifting (up to 40lbs)
WORKING CONDITIONS:
· Fast paced and loud atmosphere.

DURING, PREPARATION, SERVICE, AND AFTER THE MEAL
Preparation of food products should be according to the daily menu's recipes, tasted for good quality / texture, not to be over salted, properly cooked and garnishing all products on serving line.
Check temperatures for required ranges ensuring they are properly cooked and set out products for the meal service.
Re-filling food items as required during service, greet and care for our customers while working on the serving lines and break down service areas after the meal period ends.
CLEANING ASSIGNMENT
Preparation tables on the vegetable preparation side of the kettles, clean steam kettle and/or pressure steamer used for food preparation and kettle areas.
Hot holding warmer, can-openers after each use, food storage bins / tops.
Meat slicer or other food production equipment, fryer areas, preparation tables or tilt grill directly after being used.
All staff members are also responsible for other duties or tasks that are assigned by the Assistant Managers or Supervisors, as a part of any “Job” or “Position” assigned during a normal work schedule. Team members may be assigned to support the meal production, service and cleaning after the meal or the dining facility.
Daily-Employee Hygiene - All Employees must
Wear assigned uniforms; Uniforms are to be clean and properly maintained with name badges and government IDs.
Employees must

The Wastewater Collections Worker will perform manual work involving installation, maintenance, and repair of wastewater collection systems, and operate related equipment.
