Tom Arseneault is president and CEO of BAE Systems, Inc., the company’s U.S.-based, international defense, aerospace, and security company with more than 35,000 employees and major operations in the U.S., UK, and Sweden. Earlier in his career, he held a variety of engineering and program management positions with General Electric and TASC. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees in electrical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Boston University.
