- Served as CFO of a high-growth company, supporting the doubling of net revenues to $650 million and a near tripling of operating profit over a four year period. He then led the Finance team in divesting the company on behalf of the Corporate parent.

- Developed various value-creating strategies (market penetration, market expansion, acquisition, and divestiture plans) across different industries and geographies

- Led or supported nearly 30 transactions (acquisitions, divestitures, initial public offerings, asset development projects, corporate financings, and capital raises) with an aggregate value approximating $8 billion.

- Consulted and advised both large and small organizations (public and private) on strategic and financial management/reporting matters

- Managed projects and personnel throughout North America, South America, Europe, and Asia

- Served in leadership positions with multinational organizations - - Agrium, Inc., TXU Corporation, Koch Industries, El Paso Energy Corporation, Price Waterhouse Corporate Finance, and Cooper Industries

He is also a CPA and is fully bilingual (Spanish).
