What You Bring * 3+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting pneumatic/hydraulic and electrical systems. * Proven public speaking and training skills with the ability to lead engaging sessions for groups of 10 or more. * Strong communication and customer service skills, with professionalism in both technical and cross-cultural settings. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic technical documentation. * A college degree or trade school certificate in a related field preferred. * Ability to obtain and use a personal credit card for business travel (minimum $3,000 limit). * Willingness and flexibility to travel 40-60% domestically and internationally.
