The Opportunity
The Part-Time Associate reports to the Store Manager and performs management-assigned duties, which may include but may not be limited to receiving inventory, stocking and maintaining a store section, operating a cash register, carry-out services and store cleaning.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
* Maintain a store section as assigned and may order, receive and stock merchandise using proper equipment, assures proper pricing on merchandise, checks product date codes to validate proper rotation, stocks shelves, end displays, floor stacks, displays and refrigerated/frozen cases. Production Operator-3Injection Operator performs a variety of tasks requiring knowledge of injection processes and responsible for day-to-day operations associated an array of PET and HDPE injection equipment and its auxiliary equipment. *(Niagara purchases primarily Husky, but also other OEMs).
Essential Functions
Responsible for overall preparation, set-up, starting and running injection equipment.
Ability to perform minor adjustments to injection equipment as directed. No mechanical work is to be performed without prior approval.

Ability to work in multiple areas of production with minimal supervision; perform relief duties when required

Collects and preserves evidence and maintains records for tracking and legal proceedings.
Testifies in court proceedings.
Attends and participates in assigned training.

Maintains knowledge of modern approved principles and procedures of law enforcement work, court evidence procedures, and court decisions affecting law enforcement practices.

EXAMINATION:
Physical ability test (Qualifying only): Will be conducted to assess each applicant's overall ability to perform the physical requirements of the position. Candidates must pass the physical ability exam to be admitted to any further portions of the examination process.
Oral Exam (Weight 100%) Will be conducted to appraise the applicant's training, education, experience, interest, and personal fitness for the position.
Applicants must attain at least a 70% score on each phase of the exam process.

Possession of a California Class C Driver's License.
