The pay is great for operators.

In my opinion, management feels since they pay top notch to the operators that they can treat them like crap.

Clocking out every day.

The best thing this company did was get rid of a toxic boss.

Give union employees a chance to move up in the company. Acknowledge and reward hard work. This company thinks that its operators are dumb. This company takes advantage of high performing employees and those employees KNOW that. Then this company comes out and gives EVERYONE a "bonus" when many in the union didn't deserve one...that does nothing but bring down morale of high performers. Life isn't fair, but this company magnifies this.

Research the company and talk about being safety conscious.

Top tier pay for operators...that is the only way people stay...

Never red-tagging a batch I made in my department for over 10 years. Never once ruined a batch.

Coworkers and management very personable and easy to get along with

Pay is average, terrible pension plan, no room for advancement, work tons of ot to make any money, on the outside it looks like a good place to work but since the bean counters took over it’s all down hill. Company use to buy pizza for anniversary, no more company outings like catered bbq, Indians games. Pretty much after the bean counters started counting beans to save the company money it went bad. Even the 401k is terrible because they switched plans to voya and no choices. It’s just all bad and don’t recommend working here.

Work environment is not hi pressure or stress.

Too much O.T. You will be moved off your shift too fit whatever the company deems appropriate
