Assists in safety incidents as well as ensuring documented follow-ups, lessoned learned, mitigations and corrective action plans are documented, managed, and implemented. Actively observes operation to identify areas of improvement in both safety, training, and operations. Prepare and communicate various performance reports to team members and leadership, including shift reports, performance data, missed metric summaries/investigations, mitigation plans, safety incidents, equipment status, and staffing information Monitor staffing during start times and coordinate, support, and communicate re-balancing of operational crews. Perform required audits, investigations, and participates in/leads any disciplinary actions. Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on engines, transmissions, electrical systems, HVAC, CNG systems, and other major vehicle components.
