Job Description:
Adolfson and Peterson Construction is currently hiring for a Quality Manager to be responsible for the management, implementation, oversight, and training of AP's Quality processes and procedures on projects. The initial project is focused on a Data Center in Harwood, ND. The Quality Manager is responsible for reporting project progress and project needs to the Region's Senior Quality Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
Take personal responsibility for working safely within an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture.
Monitor and manage Quality related activities to contract quality requirements for multiple projects.
Interact with client/owner, agencies, subcontractors, and internal staff on quality related matters including performance activities such as inspections, observations, program setup, program planning and program execution.

Provide support to project staff to help maintain consistency in proper submittal practices and ensure conformance to the contract documents.
Support quality staff by coaching, counseling, and holding employees accountable.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Provide training and mentoring to staff including current software programs. Specifically, in the use of Procore.
Collaborate with project teams to assist in pre-bid and post bid requirements for project bidders.
Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and sub-contractor documentation submittals.
Coordinate site Quality activities with project site quality staff.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field and 6+ years of quality control and quality assurance experience over a wide range of project sizes and types.
Formal QA/QC training and certification preferred. i. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Construction Quality Management (CQM-C) certification preferred.
Formal building envelope commissioning training preferred. Understanding and utilization of the following industry standards. i. NIBS (National Institute of Building Sciences) Guideline 3-2013 Building Enclosure Commissioning Process. ii. ASTM E2813-12. Standard Practice for Building Enclosure Commissioning. iii. ASHRAE Guideline 0-2013. The Commissioning Process.

This position will manage and control assigned projects, including directing field operations, site safety, productivity, schedule, work quality, and trade contractor and supplier coordination while working in conjunction with the Project Manager to lead the project team. Work closely with the owner and design team. Project scopes are generally less than $75 million or occasionally designated components on large, complex projects.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE (A/P) SUPPORT
POSITION SCOPE
Accounts Payable Support person will assist Accounts Payable Manager in daily
processing of accounts payable invoices. Individual will help in preparing reports,
process checks and assist in monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
PRIMARY DUTIES
1. Prepare invoices for payment.
2. Maintain Vendor Master File.
3. Credit card control and payments.
4. A/P monthly processing.
5. Preparing checks for payment.
6. Assist with preparation of monthly/quarterly reports and annual audits.
7. Other duties as assigned.
BACKGROUND
1. Bachelor degree in Accounting or in business-related field.
2. Background in Microsoft Office software.
3. Excellent communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
4. Strong attention to detail.
5. Ability to handle confidential information.
6. Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.

The Diesel Technician performs diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned agricultural equipment.

You'll focus on:
Performs diagnostics and repairs on agricultural equipment and established Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products
Participates in Service EDUCATE Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge
Conducts or supports customer training/clinics
Maintains current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products
Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment
Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion
Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments
Accounts for all time and all material used in performing assigned duties
May perform diagnosis and repair in the field
Forklift experience and license preferred.
Must be able to work regular Service Department hours, and maintain reliable attendance
Normal hours worked are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm in our off season. Seasonal hours worked are Mon-Fri 730am-530pm and every other Saturday 730am-12pm, with extended hours and on call hours seasonally
What we are looking for:
1-2+ years of experience performing service repairs
Ability to perform repairs and maintenance using special tools and equipment following Technical Manual procedures on machines of the Technician's specialty
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agricultural and turf equipment
Skills in operating vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes
Ability to use Service Advisor and basic computer functions
Must be able to retain positive relationships with customers and co-workers
High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Associates degree preferred
Valid driver's license required
Candidates must have a valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
Total Rewards Package:
$19-$24+/hr depending on years of experience
