Steady-handed and experienced leadership team have a clear vision of where they want to take the business, avoiding “hype cycles” that seem to plague most tech companies

How would you improve McGraw Hill's culture?

Benefits are antiquated and seem to erode in quality year after year: * learning stipends that can only be used toward college credits, limiting our ability to attend relevant industry conferences or learning events * very limited ability to take PTO * Health insurance premiums continue to skyrocket, while out of pocket maximums have gone up substantially
