Pros of working at McGraw Realtors

Great Culture. Really supportive and invested in staff. Strong leadership that seems to spot trends before anyone else. The company as a team is highly adaptive with honest caring leadership.

Cons of working at McGraw Realtors

I can't think of many cons. I wish they were in more markets so I could grow into more responsibility.

The bonus programs are great as well as the benefits offered. However, the best perk is the supportive team. They are really invested in your growth.

The CEO really cares about the company. He is honest and helpful to everyone in the company regardless of your position

I couldn't give a recommendation on improving culture. everyone believes in it and owns it as their own.
