Lubricate, clean, and repair machinery, equipment, and tools

General Summary
The IT Intern assists IT and Operations staff members in their duties, thereby providing the Information Technology Intern the opportunity to learn about the functions and activities of an IT Department while contributing valuable work and experience in a multi-office construction business setting.
Essential Job Accountabilities
* Assists by performing a variety of tasks and participating in short-term and long-term projects, such as PC deployments, Service Desk, documentation and other special projects.
* Assists users with computer and telephony hardware and software problems and questions when needed.
* Excellent written, analytic, and verbal communication skills required.
Education
* High School diploma
* Current enrollment in a community college or undergraduate program
Field of Study
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred, or equivalent combinations of technical training and related experience.
