Fair rate of pay. Free uniform. Good restaurant. Flexible hours.
Extremely hot claustrophobic kitchen with no windows, daylight or air. Hostile aggressive staff. No social interaction and no matter how hard you work it is not enough. No training whatsoever and no benefits.

4 kitchen managers who could only be found with their feet up on the desk doing nothing or not found at all. CEO/Owners = never met
employ experienced friendly kitchen staff who speak english and don't act like they are in a prison kitchen

I embrace diversity but 85% of kitchen are black very aggressive men, Argentinian with no English. The statement on this page that there are 450 employees is dead wrong. I estimate 100 maximum.
No longer there but I did not enjoy it at all due to staff/crazy workload/heat and hostility
