JOB OVERVIEW:

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Candidates with experience managing large, complex commercial accounts.
REQUIRED: Current commercial insurance brokering experience.
Nice to have: CRIS designation, and/or experience working with AEC (architecture, engineering, construction) industries and environmental-related policies and practices that go along with those lines of work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The broker will handle day-to-day client issues and questions. A detailed list of job duties include (but are not limited to):
Review documents for client pre-renewal meetings prepared by the account specialist
Coordinate all pre-renewal work completed by other team members such as the renewal information kit prepared by the account specialist
Execute agreed plan established at the pre-renewal meeting including:
Manage the timeline established during the pre-renewal meeting
Send submission with coverage specifications
Negotiate options
Confirm compliance or exceptions to requested coverage
Complete and/or review renewal report (including coverage and rating plan analyses and other analytical functions)
Participate in meeting to present renewal terms/options to the client.
In coordination with the Account Specialist, review all renewal documents including: Binders, Confirmation of Coverage, Insurance program chart, Sagitta input, and Master Certificates including endorsements
Throughout process, Broker is responsible for maintaining all files and electronic records per company policy.
In coordination with Account Specialist, collect all policies and review findings after Policy Manager has completed the review of the policies.
Handle day-to-day client services including but not limited to: Handle and document mid-term requests such as policy endorsements, provide risk review of contracts, and answer coverage questions.
Advocate/assist with client audits and requests corrections as necessary
Actively participate in and supports Greyling training endeavors

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Skills & Qualifications:
Must have 5+ years of experience in working with an Insurance Brokerage.
Experience in placing insurance for companies in Architect, Engineering & Construction industries is highly desirable.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires teamwork, demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
Educational requirement:
Bachelor's degree preferred - experience equivalent will be considered
Broker's P&C license is required

Ensures insurance coverage by telephone or web portal, resolves any issues with coverage, and escalates complicated issues to a supervisor or manager. Follows up on accounts that require further evaluation.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Chesterfield, MO.
Responsibilities:
Process pharmacy claims accurately and timely to meet client expectations
Triage rejected pharmacy insurance claims to ascertain patient pharmacy benefits coverage
Maintain compliance with patient assistance program guidelines
Document all information and data discovery according to operating procedures
Research required information using available resources
Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information
Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner that is consistent with corporate policies as well as State and Federal laws
Work collaboratively and cross-functionally between management, the Missouri-based pharmacy, compliance and engineering
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
One year of Pharmacy Experience, having resolved third party claims
Healthcare industry experience with claims background
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and a strong operational focus
A passion for providing top-notch patient care
Ability to work with peers in a team effort and cross-functionally
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software
Hours/Location:
Shifts: This is a full-time, 40-hour per week role. 3 shift options are available :
Rotating shifts between 8 AM - 9 PM EST, Monday - Friday OR
12 PM - 8 PM EST, Monday - Friday EST (fixed shift) OR
1 PM - 9 PM EST, Monday - Friday EST (fixed shift)
All shifts require a rotational Saturday shift 9 AM - 5 PM EST
There will be a required shift during the 8 week training period of 10 AM - 6 PM EST
