I have more than 25 years experience in the medical malpractice insurance industry beginning at Arther Andersen, LLP where I served as a consultant to several large insurance companies. Later at EMCOL. Ltd., I provided consulting services and helped manage several large alternative risk insurance programs. I assumed my current position as President & Chief Executive Officer of MCIC in 1995, and subsequently led the company's expansion and business practice improvements to become one of the nation's largest and most successful medical malpractice insurance companies. I graduated Virginia Tech in 1986 where I earned a degree in Business Administration and Finance.

John C. Evanko, MD MBA FACOG is a Chief Medical Officer, Senior Vice President - Patient Safety and Loss Prevention at Mcic Vermont and is based in New, York. He has worked as Attending at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital; Vice President, Medical Director, Peri-Operative Services at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital; and Director, Division of Gynecology at Columbia University. John attended New York Medical College between 1991 and 1995, 美國普林斯頓大學 between 1987 and 1991, and Columbia Business School between 2004 and 2006.

I also lead in the company's acquisition activities of like-minded and similarly talented independent P&C insurance agencies / brokers across the nation. During my career, I have personally originated and closed more than 30 agency acquisition transactions.

Robert Clark is a Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Mcic Vermont and is based in Duluth, Georgia. Robert attended Miami University and The Ohio State University.

Suzanne Taylor is an Executive Assistant to the SVP/Chief Financial Officer & Senior Director, Finance at Mcic Vermont and Executive Search Coordinator at Spencer Stuart and is based in Atlanta, Georgia. She has worked as Executive Assistant at McGuireWoods LLP, A global executive recruitment and management assessment firm at Russell Reynolds Associates, and Executive Assistant/Administrative Coordinator at Korn Ferry. Suzanne attended Nassau Community College between 2000 and 2002 and Oglethorpe University between 2012 and 2015.
