Planning and scheduling include creating detailed timelines to guide team activities and meet project deadlines. Cost control involves monitoring project expenses and implementing adjustments to stay within budget. Ensuring quality and performance means upholding standards and verifying that work meets or exceeds expectations. Timely invoicing and cash flow management require issuing invoices promptly and following up to ensure on-time payments. Warranty administration includes managing post-project issues and ensuring prompt, effective resolution of warranty claims.
