CoverMyMeds is looking for a SeniorDirector to lead its Consolidations and Cash Flow finance team. The role will work closely with finance teams and leadership to deliver insightful and actionable reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience building, managing, and communicating results from complex financial models, the ability to effectively collaborate with partners across the organization, influence leadership and drive process improvements and operational excellence aligned with business strategy. About You

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required. Advanced degree a plus.

The SeniorDirector of Data & AI is responsible for the strategy and lead execution for how data science and advanced analytics power our diagnostic products and evidence generation. Reporting to the Chief Data Officer (CDO), you will lead a multi-disciplinary team that partners across the CIO organization, university collaborations, and our Operating Companies (OpCos) to deliver AI-enabled products, accelerate clinical and HEOR evidence, and strengthen our data platform.

The essential requirements of the job include:
Advanced degree in Data Science, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred; Master's considered).
12+ years in data science/AI with 5+ years in leadership roles in diagnostics, medtech, biopharma, or healthcare.
Deep understanding of clinical development for diagnostics (analytical/clinical validation, study design, performance endpoints) and how AI augments these workflows.
Hands-on expertise with Python/R and core libraries; strong command of statistical modeling, large language models, survival/longitudinal analyses, and data visualization.
Proven experience with RWE/RWD (EHR, claims, registries, labs/device telemetry) to inform clinical, regulatory, and market access decisions.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Background in oncology, infectious diseases, acute care, and/or neurodegenerative disorders.

The Sr Director, Market Access - Americas is responsible for leading Americas regional Market Access responsible for: 1) driving engagement with payers to maximize and accelerate coverage reimbursement for our products, and: 2) and supporting our commercial organization and our customers in addressing questions and barriers related to payer coverage and reimbursement.
This position reports to the VP, Worldwide Market Access Strategy and Americas Market Access and is part of the Value & Access team and will be fully remote
.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Build/lead team that maintains relationships with key payers, health systems, and other stakeholders to negotiate favorable coverage and reimbursement policies.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of national, regional and local coverage and reimbursement issues for Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial payers through acquisition and analysis of external data, internal meetings, payer research, customer meetings.
Lead field reimbursement function that provides education to healthcare providers, lab professionals, office staff and financial decision makers on Cepheid diagnostics coverage, coding and reimbursement landscape.
Respond to and coordinate with sales colleagues' requests for virtual / on-site customer business reviews, coverage and reimbursement support.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) provide education/training to internal (CEPH) cross-functional colleagues on reimbursement issues and policies.
Ensure cross-functional coordination to identify clinical and economic value story needs to optimize and accelerate coverage and reimbursement.
Oversee team operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor's degree with 14+ years of experience or a master's degree/Ph.D. with at least 12+ years of relevant experience in health policy, biological sciences, or a relevant field AND 4+ years managing people.
10+ years of experience in Market Access roles
Demonstrated knowledge of all payer segments (Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid)
Demonstrated experience in building and managing teams
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
This position requires up to 50% domestic travel within the region.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Summary
The SeniorDirector of Global Indirect Procurement will design and lead the enterprise-wide strategy for all non-production spend. The Vice President of Risk Management will be a pivotal member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing the company's risk management strategies and processes. The Vice President of Risk Management is responsible for risk, underwriting, credit, collections, and loss mitigation.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices is transforming to a digital-first Med Tech business. The Technology Leader for Surgery R&D is a visionary leader responsible for setting and executing the technology agenda within the surgical research and development function. This role is pivotal in driving the digital transformation of surgical solutions, integrating emerging technologies, and fostering a culture of innovation to deliver next-generation products and platforms that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the organization's R&D goals, anticipating future trends and disruptive technologies in the surgical and healthcare landscape.
* Digital Transformation: Champion the adoption of digital tools, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to accelerate R&D cycles, enhance surgical device functionality, and enable personalized medicine.
* Innovation Management: Lead multidisciplinary teams to identify, evaluate, and implement innovative solutions, including robotics, IoT, digital surgery platforms, and advanced imaging technologies.
* Collaboration: Build partnerships with clinical, academic, and industry stakeholders to foster open innovation and ensure the R&D pipeline leverages the latest scientific and technological advances.
* Technology Governance: Establish robust processes for technology evaluation, risk assessment, and compliance with regulatory and cybersecurity standards in the healthcare sector.
* Talent Development: Mentor and develop a high-performing technology team, promoting continuous learning and a growth mindset in a rapidly evolving R&D environment.
* Operational Excellence: Oversee the effective deployment of digital platforms and tools that improve process efficiency, data integrity, and collaboration across global R&D sites.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$178,000.00 - $307,050.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year
