Responsibilities

Serve clients from the referral agency, including a percentage connected to other providers
Assist in-person with coordination of tele-Psychiatric services
Attend to physical and emotional needs of client, i.e. taking client's blood pressure, temperature, weight, documentation, and ensuring client is emotionally prepared for telepsychiatry appointment
Contact caretakers to remind them of telepsychiatry doctor appointments
Set up lab appointments upon the direction of the doctor
Facilitate completion of JV220 regarding psychiatrist's portion upon the direction of the doctor and follow through to responsible party for completion
Coordination with psychiatrist and AFS staff and/or county regarding client's needs
Communication and support with pharmacy when necessary
Able to document in EHR regarding client services as it relates to telepsychiatry
Coordinate to support the completion of documentation needed to provide telepsychiatry upon the direction of the doctor
Coordinate appointments and follow ups for telepsychiatry
Communicate with responsible caretaker and providers regarding the needs or issues that arise with telepsychiatry
Coordinate and schedule intakes (receive direction from the ISFC Program Director about appropriate intakes)
Be a co-administrator for the electronic prescription system (RXNT)
Provide services via methods consistent with the agency's treatment philosophy and approach
Maintain supervision of children at all times and maintain distinct and structured adult/child boundaries
