Deep River is currently seeking an Adult Residential Support Professional to join the Neillsville team. Deep River is a comprehensive substance abuse disorder treatment facility in Neillsville, WI committed to helping residents move into sustainable recovery. Services include a full range of DHS 75 and DHS 83 license requirements and include a trauma informed approach, with gender specific services for men. This is a continuous posting in anticipation of future full-time 3rd shift opportunities working M-F 8pm-8:30am and every other weekend. Our beautiful facility provides an environment that, combined with the passion for the SUD field of our team members, allows residents to experience meaningful change and hope. Under supervision, performs work involving the care, services, and treatment of clients seeking services in Addictions and Restorative Justice (ARJ) facilities (Substance Use Disorder and/or criminogenic risk/needs/responsivity factors) or Mental Health Residential/Crisis (MHRC) facilities (Severe and Persistent Mental Illness or Crisis). Essential Duties and responsibilities: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time. Supports, interacts with, and monitors residents within established policies and procedures, providing positive role modeling Records observations relating to actions and behavior of residents and maintains records and reports as required Performs general housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed May organize and distribute clothing, bedding and other supplies Provides medication monitoring or medication administration as outlined in specific program policies Provides information concerning status of clients to external partners within established guidelines.     Description: SUMMARY: Responsible for routine and extensive range of work in the repair and general maintenance of Head Start, Early Head Start buildings, and ICAA-owned buildings. To act as an Ambassador to the Agency and to reflect all Agency matters positively. REPORTS TO: Head Start/ Early Head Start Director FLSA STATUS: Full-time, Non-exempt ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FACILITIES TECHNICIAN: Include the following: Facility Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep of all ICAA-owned buildings, ensuring Head Start facilities meet Head Start Program Performance Standards and Wisconsin Childcare Licensing Regulations. Operational Oversight: Manage operations in alignment with approved job plans and budget allocations provided by the Head Start Director or corporate office. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory, including supplies and equipment assigned to designated areas. Responsible for supply inventory and equipment assigned to that area. Performance Goals: Consistently meet 100% of established production goals and objectives. Repairs and Troubleshooting: Perform minor repairs and respond promptly to maintenance needs with sound judgment and decision-making. Safety Compliance: Apply appropriate safety precautions in all maintenance activities to ensure a secure environment. Financial Integrity: Adhere to agency financial policies and procedures, with particular attention to purchasing protocols. Submit work order requests as needed to support timely maintenance and repairs. Perform additional duties as assigned to support agency operations. Submits accurate and timely billing information to maintain financial goals of service line. Educates patients, families, colleagues and the community about substance use issues and treatment options to improve the health of the communities we serve. Participates in on-going education of colleagues and team members to ensure high quality patient care and professional functioning. Researches and participates in ongoing training and education to develop and enhance professional knowledge and skills to provide better services to our patients and our communities. Regular attendance is required in order to carry out the essential functions of the position. Reviews and meets ongoing competency requirements of the role to maintain the skills, knowledge and abilities to perform, within scope, role specific functions. EXPERIENCE Minimum Required: 5000 hours of clinical experience in providing the 8 practice dimensions as a substance abuse counselor. CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES Minimum Required: Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) awarded by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS).
