    Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair VFD control boards and electronic components down to the circuit level. Assist repair technicians in diagnosing and solving recurring board issues. Develop and improve testing and repair methods for electronic systems. Perform advanced soldering (through-hole and surface mount) and component replacement. Use diagnostic tools such as digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, DC power supplies, and thermal imaging cameras. Support equipment breakdown, assembly, and testing in the shop and in the field. Read and interpret electrical schematics and reverse-engineer circuits as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional repair environment. Qualifications: Formal degree preferred (Electrical Engineering or related) but not required with equivalent hands-on experience. Proven experience with PCB-level diagnostics and component-level repairs. Strong soldering skills (surface mount and through-hole).
