This role is ideal for a well-rounded senior engineer who enjoys building and delivering infrastructure projects across cloud, networking, servers, and virtualization in multi-tenant MSP environments.
You will spend roughly eighty five percent of your time on projects and fifteen percent handling escalations. Projects range from server refreshes to cloud migrations, network rebuilds, and workstation deployments. What You Will Do
• Lead and deliver infrastructure projects independently or with other project engineers

* Maintain relationships with municipalities

* Limit the number of rejected permits
* Ensure TDLR licenses are up to date
* Maintain contractor registration validity per each AHJ/County
* Submits permits to the appropriate AHJ and regularly follows up until approvals are received
* Works with city plan reviewers and GFE's engineering department if corrections are required
* Pays for and uploads permit approvals to the internal database and notify the Project Management Department once approvals are received
* Forwards permit receipts to the Accounting Department and saves a copy in the customer's internal file
* Submits permit addendums after the installation is complete to amend the city permit before inspections are scheduled. If the inspection fails because the plans do not match the installation, work with engineering to submit as-built plans to the city for approval.
* Schedule inspections with clients, update CRM with results, communicate failed inspections to the team and drive to have them rectified
* Track failed inspections, and effectively communicate commonalities to the operations team
* Keep up-to-date records within the CRM, so that appropriate parties are informed of permit approval and inspection status
* Hands-on management: will be highly involved in the day-to-day activities and decisions of team
* Ensure and adheres to implemented corporate policies and core values
* Be available for cross-functional meetings to resolve issues and identify /close gaps to improve productivity and efficiency within the engineering department
* Identify the needs for individual development versus assigned roles/expectations

Our Lifeguards are critical to the success of our aquatic operations. They help create an environment where family and friends feel safe, welcome, and feel they belong. Summary of Duties: Under basic supervision, the Lifeguard ensures the safety of aquatic patrons by enforcing all safety rules and regulations. Identifies emergency situations and determines and executes appropriate response and care.
Examples of ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

* Monitors pool activities; enforces pool rules in and around the pool.
* Identifies and responds to emergency situations; administers care, CPR, or first aid as appropriate.
* Performs general maintenance in and around the pool.
* Registers patrons for classes; collects fees and provides excellent customer service.
* Attends required in-service training as required by the Department.
* Regular and consistent attendance for the assigned work schedule is essential.
Marginal Duties:
* Performs other duties as assigned.
Typical Decisions: The incumbent must determine and enforce rule violations pertaining to the facility. Must ensure the safety of Aquatic patrons.
Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge of: Aquatics activities; lifeguarding; CPR and first aid application; water safety practices and procedures.
Skill in: Communicating effectively both verbally and in writing; demonstrating strong swimming abilities; providing tactful customer service.
Education: No formal education required.
Experience: Must be as least fifteen (15) years of age.
Any work related experience resulting in acceptable proficiency levels in the above Minimum Qualifications is an acceptable substitute for the above specified education and experience requirements

American Red Cross Certifications:
* Lifeguarding Waterpark w/ CPR, First Aid, AED Training
* Bloodborne Pathogens Training
* Administering Emergency Oxygen Training
* Asthma Inhaler and Anaphylaxis and Epinephrine Auto Injector Training
Conditions of Employment: Must pass a drug test, criminal history background check, periodic CJIS background check (for positions requiring access into Police buildings) and social security number verification check.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions: Must possess mobility to work in and around City pools and facilities; strength, stamina, and mobility to perform light to medium physical work; to perform swimming and diving rescue techniques; and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone or radio. The job involves frequent walking to identify problems or hazards. Finger dexterity is needed to access, enter, and retrieve data using a computer keyboard or calculator. Positions in this classification bend, stoop, kneel, twist and reach when performing rescue and first aid activities, and maintaining pool area. Employees must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 100 pounds, or heavier weights with the use of proper equipment.
Employees work in and around City pools and facilities and are exposed to loud noise levels, heights, hot temperatures, chemical hazards, and hazardous physical substances and fumes.

Provide audio production support and oversight for weekend services, weekday events and sermon recordings, and Lakepointe en Espanol services at Rockwall
Build, develop, and lead volunteer teams
Maintain all audio production equipment and processes at the Rockwall campus
Partner with the Rockwall Production Pastor, Central Audio Director, and Central Production Pastor to ensure LP production strategy is being executed with excellence
Any other tasks as assigned by the Rockwall Production Director
Skills & Experience you've had:
Familiar with Digico; Dante; MADI; ProTools; QSys, etc.
Growth in technical knowledge is required
3-5 years of experience building and leading teams in a live production environment preferred
