NONE. My manager Al DSantola was very negative with me after having my stroke and open heart surgery. He was rude and did not want to hear anything from me. But this is a small world what goes around comes back around.
Management not very involved.No cooperation in case of an issue with the project you are managing.

I tries to speak to manager t above Al Desantola but they are too busy to take 2 mins to speak with anyone about any issue. I tries Mr. ALBERT ODJIDJA, but he is too busy to speak with me or so he told me when i finally got him on the phone.
Get people that care about their job, and are not prejudging because of ethnicity as Mr. DeSantola, very pre-juice againts Hispanics, and mind you this is minotity Company, but what upper Managent dont see, dont care.
Just interview like any other Company.
Not competitive at all.
My manage Al DeSantola is the typical Italian prejudice guy insulting and not a good person to communicate with but ill like to see him in none work enviroment and see if he talks the same, I think he’ll respectful then!!!, because he migh catch something he might not want!!

My manage Al DeSantola, was never involved,I never met him in person as I was told I was supposed to, he is supposed to be involved in the project and assist all employees with the project but we never met though I had many connections started by me,
