Remote opportunity; great teams! People are so helpful always to answer questions and strategize together.

Sometimes remote is challenging--to feel plugged in to people and plans--but the company is good at communicating with all levels about company progress.

The marketplace/discounts, insurance, 3 floating holidays. There are many different perks I haven't even fully investigated.

What do you like best about McKissock Education's CEO and the leadership team?

The leadership team is transparent in its communications regarding the status of the company's successes. The mission statement is awesome and reflects great people values.

How would you improve McKissock Education's culture?

I don't have any input on this aspect of the company at this time.

How did you prepare for the McKissock Education interview?

I prepared by studying the website, checking Zoominfo and other sites for background, trying to learn about the disciplines I'd be covered and determine how and whether I'd be a fit for their goals. I looked up the people I was meeting on LinkedIn ahead of time as well.

How does your compensation at McKissock Education compare to the industry average?

In my experience, the compensation is competitive to above-average.
