The position is responsible for the examination, interpretation, and processing of data to provide insights, solve problems, and support organizational decision-making within provider compensation. Individual may be tasked with internal valuation, benchmarking, modeling, and ad hoc analysis.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Acts both independently and in concert with team; consistently exercises discretion and judgment in performing work which is predominantly intellectual and varied in nature.
2. Writes, modifies and executes various production, management, regulatory, customer and ad hoc databases and reports.
3. Provide analytical operations support using a variety of data sources. Analyze and interpret data to provide information for management decisions.
4. Analyze data to identify areas of opportunity that promote operational efficiency and long term organizational success.
5. Identify cost control and cost management issues and recommend actions to resolve.
6. Responsible for reconciliation of provider compensation to contractual terms.
7. Consults/meets with management and/or operating department personnel to determine information requirements and produces specifications for systems projects.
8. Promotes positive internal and external relations by actively seeking and being responsive to customer feedback. Ability to support and participate in continuous quality improvement projects and performance improvement activities.
9. Performs other duties as assigned or when necessary to maintain efficient operations of the department and the organization.
Required:
* Bachelor's degree in Systems, Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field.
* One years of prior experience in finance/accounting.

* Experience in an integrated health system medical group, particularly in Provider Compensation
* Experience working with Cerner and HPP electronic medical and billing systems

Cleveland Clinic's Division of General Radiology invites Board Certified/Eligible Emergency Radiologists to join our 2 nd Shift Section (late afternoon/ evening). These positions are due to expand to meet the needs of our growing service. Fellowship training is preferred (ideally in Body Imaging or Emergency Radiology). Successful applicants will practice general emergency radiology in addition to their area of fellowship training. This position does not require procedures, onsite coverage, or relocation to Ohio.
Coverage spans from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. EST with a preferred core schedule of 1 week (7 days) on, followed by 1 week (7 days) off, with additional weekends off per year. Alternative schedule of 1 week (7 days) on, followed by 2 weeks (14 days) off available to those interested (reduced compensation).
Successful applicants will need to have or obtain Ohio, and Florida licensure. This opportunity is available with residence in the lower 48 United States (with a few exceptions, including California and Colorado).
We take great pride in prioritizing quality over quantity. We aim to maintain manageable workloads and adequate staffing to facilitate quality; volume expectations are reasonable. The 2nd shift section is perceived as a substantial asset to the department and enjoys universal support and appreciation from the department leadership. As a result, there is interest in prolonging the lifespan of 2nd shift radiologists, supporting their careers, and preventing burnout. This is reflected in the section's low turnover.

The 2nd Shift Section is housed within the Division of General Radiology which includes an extensive system of community hospitals and ambulatory care facilities as well as imaging centers in the Greater Cleveland/Akron, Ohio area. In addition to covering our hospitals and outpatient facilities in Greater Cleveland/ Akron, Ohio area, the late shift section provides call coverage to the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Emergency Department, and Cleveland Clinic Florida. All departments and outpatient facilities are networked with PACS (AGFA EI), Voice Recognition (Powerscribe 360) and EMR (EPIC). This continues to evolve as the Cleveland Clinic invests in state-of-the-art technology as one of the largest integrated systems in the U.S.
QUALIFICATIONS
+ American Board of Radiology Certification or Eligibility
+ Fellowship training in Emergency Radiology preferred. Exceptions on case-by-case basis.
+ After-hours experience preferred but not required.
+ General radiology ideal but not required.
+ Eligible for medical licensure in Ohio and Florida.

Petersburg, FL 33701 Position Summary Orlando Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Medical Staff Services to lead and oversee medical staff operations across three hospitals on Florida's west coast.
This remote-based role requires frequent onsite travel to the facilities and monthly meetings in downtown Orlando.
The Director will manage a team of 10 Medical Staff Services professionals across these sites, ensuring alignment across all regions, regulatory compliance, and excellence in credentialing, privileging, and physician relationship management.
Key Responsibilities Lead administrative and operational activities of Medical Staff Services across assigned hospitals.
Ensure regional alignment of medical staff processes and standards.
Own and lead the Credentialing Committee and related education initiatives.
Play a key role in Joint Commission surveys and regulatory readiness.
Foster strong relationships with physicians and medical staff leadership.
Collaborate with legal counsel and medical affairs to maintain governance documents.
Oversee investigations, fair hearing processes, and adverse action notifications.
Ensure data integrity and reporting from credentialing systems.
Manage departmental staffing, training, performance, and budgeting.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
CPMSM and/or CPCS certification preferred.
8-10 years of director level experience is highly preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital administration, credentialing, or medical staff support.
Proven leadership in workflow systems, reporting, and change management.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Work Environment Remote with multiple weekly onsite visits to assigned hospitals.
Monthly in-person meetings in Downtown Orlando.
Must be able to travel regularly and work flexible hours as needed.

The Assistant Director Business Development and Payer Contracting partners with leadership to develop and implement payer contracting and business development growth strategies and processes, payer operations processes. In this position, you will manage relationships with third-party payers, community physicians, and employers. Works with partners to develop analytics to support contract negotiation, growth strategies, risk capture, population health and contract analysis and implementation efforts as well as product strategies and payer operations.
A caregiver in this role works remotely from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Candidates for this position are preferred to reside in Ohio, Nevada, or Florida.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Analyze markets from a strategic perspective, develop managed care strategies and tactics by market, nationally and at the state level.
Provide work direction and leadership to regional and national caregivers teams within MNS to support the following lines of business including but not limited to: Medicaid, transplants, centers of excellence, regional PPOs, and single case agreements.
Develop and implement market and network services goals including but not limited to managed care contracting goals and objectives ensures their execution.
Recommend and gain support from MNS leadership, institute leaders and operations to ensure optimal implementation of the business development and managed care contracting strategies.
Maintain awareness of market, payer, and competitive managed care activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Work with contract managers, operations, and clinical caregivers to ensure effective implementation of new and renegotiated contracts and to resolve problem payer issues.
Communicate effectively with leadership, operations, and contract managers on the status of contracting and problem payer issues.
Review and negotiate contract language and pricing terms in accordance with budgetary objectives and policy and procedures to maximize benefit to the company.
Represent the company to payers and regulatory authorities in matters related to payer account management. Manages not less than 1/3 of the net reimbursement from managed care payers.
Effectively communicates trends and issues to corporate managed care through ad hoc communications, monthly and quarterly reports.
Work with corporate managed care to recommend changes in contracting and reimbursement guidelines to ensure achievement of reimbursement maximization as it relates to managed care.
Develop playbooks for contracting segments including but not limited to transplant, vision, dental, behavioral health, and value-based contracting to aid in the development of the contract managers and senior contract managers.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Healthcare Administration or related field.
Ten years healthcare management experience in a managed care environment.
Extensive knowledge of healthcare planning, finance, marketing, reimbursement, operations, and related activities.
Experience leading process improvement activities across cross functional teams and organization
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Master's degree
Experience managing contracts for regional systems offering comprehensive services
Experience working with various insurance plans and diverse healthcare services
Physical Requirements:
Requires prolonged periods of sitting with a light amount of physical work, with maximum lifting of 20 pounds.

Responsible for compiling complex reimbursement data to support management decision making and internal and external reporting for assigned subsidiaries. Assists in coordination of reimbursement functions related to the strategic financial planning process. Responsible for the integrity of net revenue.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Prepares and or reviews the schedules required to support the submission of Medicare, Medicaid and Blue Cross cost report, complying with regulations. Analyzes third party cost report changes from prior years, investigating differences.
2. Prepares monthly contractual model and provides thorough analysis of the monthly contractual allowances for assigned subsidiaries. Investigates and makes recommendations for updates to assumptions and/or methodology.
3. Maintains adequate reserve position by complete monthly reserve analysis identifying and reporting any increase or decrease from previously stated reserve position.
4. Provides complex projections and analytical support during the fiscal year budgeted net revenue preparation.
5. Researches and keeps abreast of third party regulations and changes, providing analytical support through financial impact summarization. Estimates the financial impact any changes in payment assumptions and/or budget assumptions may have on the subsidiary and communicates as directed.
6. Coordinates the collection of data and/or preparation of schedules for third party financial audits, settlements, and cash reconciliations.
Qualifications:
Required:
* Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or related field.
* Three years experience in a progressively more responsible reimbursement or finance role with Healthcare Net Revenue/Reimbursement responsibilities.
Preferred:
* CPA or MBA preferred.
