As part of supporting the SOX program, this role will work closely with various departments and will be responsible for maintaining a positive working relationship. Key Responsibilities Perform system-level log capture and analysis across multiple network elements in the 4G/5G network architecture to identify root causes of product and performance issues. Perform initial analysis of network KPI degradation to quantify and qualify issues.
