No work life balance, management is clueless about the work actually being performed. You are looked at as just a productivity number.
Annual Bonuse and benefits
I don’t , they lost the employees respect about 5 years ago. There is no leadership team anymore.
Management needs to speak to employees like they are human beings. They need to get a better understanding of the tasks they are asking to accomplish.
