Kara Trott is the founder and CEO of Quantum Health. By leading a two year study applying consumer behavior strategies to track patients and providers throughout the healthcare process, she brought to life the Quantum Health program. This unique program reorganizes employers' benefits delivery to help employees and spouses better navigate a complex healthcare system and at the same time reduce unnecessary costs. Prior to starting Quantum Health, Kara was a corporate attorney with the law firm Bricker & Eckler. Before that she worked as a strategic marketing consultant and project manager at RPA, an international consulting firm. She's also earned a J.D. with honors from the Ohio State University College of Law and a B.A. in Politics and Philosophy from Ohio Wesleyan University. Kara loves films – from Casablanca to Christmas Vacation – and has compiled a nearly complete collection of Alfred Hitchcock movies.

Greg Nulty is the Chief Financial Officer at Performance Health, a leader in consumer healthcare and the largest global manufacturer and distributor of products to the physical therapy, sports medicine, and rehabilitation markets. Greg has spent the past 16 years with Novartis Group, most recently serving as CFO of Sandoz’s nearly $4 billion North America business in Princeton, NJ since 2016. Prior to this, Greg was the head of Business Planning and Analysis for Sandoz globally from 2013 - 2016 in Munich, Germany, and between 2011 and 2013, he served as CFO of Sandoz’s Asia Pacific based in Singapore. Prior to this, Greg served as head of Business Planning and Analysis globally at Novartis’s Consumer Health division from 2009- 2011, after serving as CFO of Western Europe for Sandoz from 2005-2007. Greg began his career with Novartis as a senior controller. Prior to joining Novartis, he worked in corporate finance with Andersen and as an Auditor with Ernst & Young, both in his native South Africa, as well as with Merrill Lynch in London. Greg received his MBA from INSEAD and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Cape Town, where he graduated with high distinction.

She has worked as Chief Operating Officer at DaVita Medical Group New Mexico; Director, Provider Affairs at Molina Healthcare of New Mexico, formerly Cimarron Health Plan, Inc.; and AVP, Provider Network Operations at Lovelace Health System. Jill works or has worked as Chairperson - 2016 Heart Ball at American Heart Association and Fundraising and community and philanthropic support at American Heart Association, March of Dimes, ABQ Business First - BizWomen Mentor, Lobo Club Board. She studied at UNM between 1990 and 1995.
