Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor. What We're Looking For Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Strong interest in fluid power, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems. Willingness to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment. Basic shop knowledge - manufacturing processes, experience working on vehicles or farm equipment Basic knowledge of CAD software (we use Autodesk Inventor) Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
