Responsibilities: + Create and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. + Lead, mentor, and coach a team of individuals who consistently demonstrate exceptional work behaviors to ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction. + Manage daily operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and cash management. + Implement and maintain strict adherence to all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards. + Drive sales growth through effective marketing initiatives and the successful execution of promotional campaigns. + Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to achieve targets. + Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and personal development. + Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and clean work environment. Requirements: + Proven experience as a General Manager in the Food/Hospitality industry, with a track record of successfully managing a high-volume establishment. + Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. + Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to analyze financial data for informed decision-making. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members. + Organized and meticulous, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced setting. + Knowledge of local health and safety regulations. + Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
