The School of Physician Assistant Studies seeks a full-time faculty member to deliver high quality learning experiences and education for students. The faculty member will engage in teaching, service and scholarship activities, and works collaboratively with colleagues across the University as well as with the Program Director. Additionally, the incumbent provides mentorship to students and contributes to the visibility, impact and reputation of the University and its programs through research and scholarly engagement. Deliver didactic, laboratory and/or experiential instruction via multiple formats (in-person, online, or in a ?blended' format) in the Physician Assistant Studies program.
Provide students with an approved syllabus that includes course objectives and learning outcomes, teaching methodology, attendance policies in line with those of the School, texts and readings, assignments and deliverables, timelines and evaluation criteria.
Provide engaging assignments that demonstrate the real-world applications of concepts covered.
Participate in service activities; serve on committees; serve on regional, state, or national organization committees and volunteer activities; represent the program and University in/at community functions; attend School and institutional activities such as Commencement and ceremonies; and support student activities such as health fairs and service projects.

Provide supervision, instruction, advice and counsel to students to facilitate the students' successful completion of all learning objectives.
Serve as an ambassador for the PAS program through participation in service activities.

Physician Assistants with the following:
A minimum of a master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Candidates without a master's degree would be required to obtain a master's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited institution within three years of hire. Degree must be one that is appropriate to the needs of the program as determined by the Program Director.
Current NCCPA certification and eligibility for licensure in MA. Candidate is required to maintain certification throughout employment.
Minimum of three years of clinical experience
Teaching experience in higher education is preferred
Experience as a clinical preceptor is preferred

Current eligibility or unrestricted license as an allopathic or osteopathic physician in MA
Certification by an ABMS or AOA-approved specialty board

Under the supervision of the Respite Program Manager, the Overnight Support Specialist is responsible for the safety and well-being of persons in site based respite settings during overnight shifts. This position provides direct services to persons in ICGLE/IMGLE settings based on need level and adheres to all agency policies and procedures and licensing/funding source requirements.
Salary starts at: 20hr
What you'll do:
Be awake and available to persons during overnight shift until persons have left residential program, or until the morning staff person arrives.
Check in with staff, persons who are awake and complete a walk-through of the program every hour. Read the Staff Communication Log and review risk plans.
Document each person's progress in the confidential record.
Perform household maintenance and upkeep as needed.
Write daily notes at end of shift if needed, noting any incidents and maintain regular communication with other team members.
Complete medication counts.

Phase 1: Development and Launch (January-August 2026)
Project and Operational Coordination: 30%
• Coordinate all aspects of program development by maintaining schedules and deliverables, tracking progress, and coordinating logistics across faculty, facilities, and leadership.

• Proactively identify and take ownership of tasks that keep the project moving forward and relieve workload from faculty and leadership.

• Provide on-site support during class sessions - support instructors, monitor the schedule, and maintain a professional, well-run training environment (not a teaching role).
• Maintain structure and engagement during schedule gaps by facilitating short review or reflection activities - such as content recaps, brief skill-building exercises, or discussions around relevant training videos or professional topics.
• Track attendance and professionalism; provide constructive feedback to participants and model expected behavior.

Participant, Faculty, and Guest Support - 30%
