Since 2014, the McWane Ductile Ohio Co-Op program has filled over 40 positions in the last 5 Years, and 8 Co-Ops have accepted full-time positions. In addition, there are also possible fulltime opportunities with other McWane Divisions throughout the US, and globally as well.
Students in our Co-Op program will gain valuable hands-on experience in all facets of manufacturing and operations in a Foundry Environment. Purpose:
The primary purpose/role of a Trader/Sales Representative is to directly support and drive the raw material advantage for Nucor. Role and Essential Functions
The Assembly & Test Operator is responsible for performing a variety of simple to complex assembly and test functions with minimum supervision. This position operates the required testing equipment to ensure readings and recorded values are accurate and meet all specifications. An Assembly & Test Operator utilizes all necessary gages and other measuring equipment to ensure that final assemblies meet the customer specifications and other dimensional requirements.
Responsibilities
* Following established procedures, responsibilities may include some or all of the following:
* Perform basic assembly and test functions utilizing mechanical skills, hand and power tools, mechanical/electronic tools, test equipment, assembly fixtures and inspection measurement equipment in a production environment.
* Required to hand deburr.
* Ensure all equipment is calibrated in accordance with calibration schedule.
* Produce and inspect assemblies for complete conformance to specification.
* Rework malfunctions disclosed by test data.
* Record test results on data forms.
* Interpret engineering orders, assembly routes, test specifications and quality directives.
* Observe all safety rules and maintain a foreign object damage (FOD) free work area.
* May be required to run automatic weld machine.
* Perform other related responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

About the role
We are currently seeking IT Interns that will be based out of our global headquarters in Perrysburg, OH during the Summer 2026 Semester. As an intern at O-I, you will be offered challenging and diverse opportunities while being supported through a structured learning and development program, with access to a variety of on-the-job activities, networking and social activities.
As an ITDP Intern, you will apply your skills in a dynamic team environment, while developing a broad understanding of our IT organization, its internal processes and the applications we support. You can expect to support one or more integral projects that will contribute to O-I's success and shape our future. Throughout your experience, you will acquire and develop skills that supplement your academic work and prepare you for a potential full-time role in O-I's ITDP. Selected projects may support the SAP implementation, architecture teams, applications development and/or infrastructure, depending on your interests and our needs.
We'll provide you with a mentor, detailed performance feedback, and the opportunity to work on a team project as well as an individual project. Assuming your successful and interested, it's likely that we'll want to provide you with additional internship opportunities.

Job Description
The
Combustion Engineer
works in partnership with the Batch and Furnace Manager, and the Production and Quality Managers, to produce glass containers at continuously improving levels of quality and efficiency.
The Combustion Engineer should have:
Strong analytical skills and data analysis
Experience scheduling preventative maintenance
Experience with environmental regulations is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong troubleshooting skills
The Combustion Engineer will:
Ensure safe and efficient operating conditions of glass melting furnaces
Ensure optimal energy consumption and proper burner set-up (flame geometry, length, overall profile)
Ensure furnace conditions are within prescribed parameters through daily inspections
Review furnace data on a daily basis and make adjustments as needed
Assist in managing production targets
Support continuous improvement and elimination of waste through ongoing analysis and identification of inefficiencies
Assist with troubleshooting problems within the manufacturing process
Qualifications
High School diploma required, technical degree preferred (chemical, mechanical, ceramic, or manufacturing)
3-5 years of experience in manufacturing
Able to perform a physical, hands-on job, on the plant floor
Able to lead and work independently in relief of the Batch and Furnace Manager
Must be available for continuous operations

Salary Range:
The expected salary range for this position is between
$75,000 - 90,000
and includes a possible
12%
quarterly incentive bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
