Loloi is seeking talented and artistic candidates for our Summer 2026 Internship Program. As an intern for product design, you will be immersed in the various functions that contribute to the broader scope of our talented design team. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in every aspect of product design and pattern making. You will get to see how our talented design team interacts across other departments as you will be heavily exposed to those facets of the business.
As an intern, you will join a team of talented and results-minded artists, leaders, and critical thinkers all driving toward the same goal - to delight customers and drive sales through multiple channels. We have two amazing, talented design teams at Loloi, and both are first among equals. Both teams create rugs, pillows, and wall art for their respective customer bases, including some of America's top retailers. One team focuses on some of the biggest U.S. national retailers while the other team focuses on the smaller independent retailers and/or collections.
In addition to day-to-day responsibilities, all interns will participate in real-world business meetings. You will join a diverse group of individuals from a variety of colleges, universities, and areas of study. Our interns don't just get the grunt work; they are a valuable part of our small team and will have a lasting impact on the Loloi brand. Intern performance will be assessed using our internal review process and could potentially lead to a full-time offer.

Software value add (SVK) CXL (Compute eXpress Link) addresses the multi tiers deployments involving Samsung CXL device with other memory tiers. This module is responsible for making sure that hotter pages are always moved towards the faster tier, both with device and at system level

The role is to be part of the Cognos team in building performance and manageability features of Cognos

Design and development of Cognos Management Console and Auto-tier module
Build and testing of REST APIs for Cognos modules
Research algorithms to optimize performance in a multi-tier memory hierarchy
Performance analysis of the Cognos Auto-tier using benchmarking tools like YCSB
Integration and Unit testing of Cognos modules
Deployment of Cognos in Clustered infrastructure

What You Bring

The Autonomous Vehicle (AV) organization is dedicated to advancing the development of autonomous vehicles through cutting-edge simulation technologies and novel iterative development processes. The Software Validation team focuses on unlocking software launches and continuous release decisions via novel simulation V&V methodologies and targeted vehicle testing. About the Role:
As a Machine Learning Validation Engineer on the Software Validation team within the AV organization, you will play a critical role in the execution of validation efforts for autonomous vehicle behavior. You will leverage your skillsets to craft guidance on behavioral performance and to design and implement complex V&V strategies. You will work with a team of engineers to define best practices, design and execute innovative analyses to establish performance requirements, drive innovation in testing, and verify the safety and performance of autonomous systems. You will be responsible for shaping the future of evaluation methodologies for AI systems and other ADAS features, architecting solutions that meet the testing needs of AI developers, systems engineers, and safety stakeholders.

* Experience with Python, JavaScript, or C#.
* Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and databases.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
