This position requires you to maintain internet service and a mobile phone with voice and data plans to be used when required for work.
Purpose
This position will work directly with subject matter experts to identify opportunities for process improvement and facilitate the completion of documentation necessary to support Next Generation Network operations. In addition, this position will create and organize the documentation structure, create templates, and manage the periodic review and verification of all documents. This will frequently involve interacting with individuals in various departments and groups to provide a smooth transition of processes between partnering organizations. Facilitates training with subject matter experts and users on processes, policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Maintain continuous communication with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and progress throughout process lifecycles.
Track internal stakeholder input and ensure timely delivery of requirements and decisions to support agile documentation workflows.
Conduct process analyses to uncover inefficiencies and propose solutions.
Recommend scalable process improvements and automation opportunities that enhance service delivery and user experience across university departments.
Recommends changes in workflows and practices to maximize effectiveness and efficiencies in daily operations.
Responsible for interpreting and presenting technical details to functional experts and developers in a way that is meaningful to all audiences.
Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide insight into process adoption metrics and stakeholder engagement. Driving university owned vehicles to job sites will be required for this position. Maintain acceptable driver rating as established in Policy UTS157.

Required Qualifications

2+ years working with cross functional teams delivering solutions
3+ years of creating training, documentation of processes, collecting and providing metrics and reports
Strong Communications and Conflict Resolution Skills
Track-record of creating processes and documentation
Demonstrated ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical audiences.
Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and modern collaboration tools.

Driving Required
This job requires a class "C" operator's driver's license. The applicant selected must provide a current three-year driving record from the current state of residence. The Office of Information Technology at the Dell Medical School is seeking an ApplicationAnalyst - Epic Prelude/Cadence.
Purpose
This position serves as the subject matter expert and technical contact for their focus application areas (Cadence and Prelude) and takes the lead in primary areas of work, including Projects, Changes, and the highest point of Break/Fix escalation. Additionally, the ApplicationAnalyst - Epic Prelude/Cadence demonstrates full use and application of standard principles, theories, and concepts related to technical discipline, and provide solutions to a variety of complex problems.
Responsibilities
Designs, builds, configures, tests, and provides maintenance of clinical information systems with a focus in patient registration, patient scheduling, patient billing, and patient throughput. Serves as a liaison between business operations and providers, internal information technology, system users and vendors working within the defined project objectives for issue and problem resolution.
Provides support to end-users both remotely and in-person. Monitors, investigates, troubleshoots, and resolves incoming tickets. Coordinates system fixes and changes with software vendors. Coordinates the deployment of application changes with the training team and operations.
Creates test scripts, timelines, and plans for application and workflow changes. Performs actual testing of clinical information system configuration and processes, including testing across applications and/or the testing of the application configuration of other analysts. Coordinates and participates in requestor and user testing of application changes.

Purpose

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in information technology systems analysis, project management, and/or product management. A portion of that experience should include managing and supporting technologies in an Academic Medical Center. Experience with desktop technologies, business applications, operational process improvements, cloud applications, productivity tools, knowledge management solutions, self-service and custom-developed solutions. Applicants should have experience with IT requirements, architecture, design, configuration, build, licenses and identity management, data migrations, integrations, testing, training, and all related communications and change management.

Purpose
This position will provide advanced functional and technical user support for clinical applications to ensure that the applications meet business needs. Required Qualifications

* Experience implementing and supporting clinical applications in an Ambulatory environment, including hands-on work with EpicCare Ambulatory or other Epic outpatient modules, will consider certification from healthcare specific preparatory program in combination with work experience.
* Experience implementing and supporting business and/or clinical IT solutions in a complex healthcare environment.
