In this role, the Project Manager will actively manage or support a Principal or Senior Project Manager with management of performance, scope, budget and schedule within approved parameters and providing structured and detailed reports to the appropriate Management team. Tasks may include but are not limited to, ensuring the completion of business cases, budgetary approvals, project scheduling, requirements engineering, design and engineering tasks, vegetation management reviews, project reporting, project financial analysis, major equipment procurement, environmental analysis, obtaining real estate and relationship management with external customers, vendors, state and local agencies, and regulatory agencies. Interacts routinely with key internal and external stakeholders including senior management, the Utility's customers, and governmental and regulatory officials.

The Senior Talent Strategy Consultant serves as a strategic partner and subject matter expert across multiple talent domains in the Talent Center of Excellence (TCOE), supporting enterprise-wide initiatives in leadership development, organizational learning, succession and performance management, and strategic workforce planning. Primary Purpose
Responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of building mechanical and electrical systems.
Primary Duties
* Within the limits of the required certifications, performs or arranges all tests, maintenance, repairs and replacement of all associated equipment that relates to HVAC, electrical systems, emergency power systems, plumbing, fire alarms and sprinkler systems.

* DC Class 3 - Steam and Hot Water Heating Boiler Engineer and MD Grade 3 Stationary Engineer. If in possession of one license at the date of hire (DC or MD), must obtain the additional required state license within one year of hire.
