Michael “Pat” Patton, PhD, is President/CEO of Hunt Patton & Brazeal, Inc., an international and U.S. management consulting firm in Houston, Denver and Tulsa. He is author of “Behavioral Perceptions of Outplacement Practices in Multiple Industries”, 1995 CCU Press and Stories; works in progress - 2010. He has preformed multiple reorganizations and organizational development assignments, and is a specialist in worldwide acquisition, merger and corporate development across 9 industries, including oil and gas, power, environmental and oilfield services. In these roles he has also addressed multiple executive search and assessments, repositioning and outplacements since 1980 with both private and public corporations. He is considered an international and U.S. expert in the offshore engineering and construction industry and in oil and gas services specialties. Dr. Patton holds a PhD in Organizational Clinical Psychology, and an MS and BS in Educational Psychology. He is a member of multiple professional societies, an advisor to private equity and venture capital firms, and a board member to a large internationally known oil and gas company.
