What we're looking for: Applicants must have a current Virginia state or compact state RN license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) is required within 30 days
ACLS is required within 30 days
Three years of previous clinically related hospital nursing experience strongly preferred.

Job Duties for Fabrication Welding Trainee Position:
· Fabricate, weld, cut, and assemble metal parts using hand and power tools· Inspect and perform quality control to ensure parts meet specifications· Prepare, clean, sand, mask, and paint metal components per job requirements· Operate painting and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently· Follow color matching and application specifications for finishes· Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment per company standards· Support lean manufacturing goals by improving efficiency and reducing waste· Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines· Adhere to all safety policies and maintain a safe work environment· Perform additional tasks and assist across departments as assigned· Follow all policies and safety procedures in place· Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Fabrication Welding Trainee Position:
· High school diploma or equivalent· Must be able to pass a tape measure test and basic math computations· Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during 8-12 hour shifts· Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and move throughout the facility· Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment· Flexibility to work varied shifts including overtime· Focus on quality, productivity, and safety
